This location is the WORST ONE! Especially the night crew. Go any where els but here! First off their standards for cleanliness are non existent. The two pictures taken are after the employee wiped down the counters. The counters are always disgusting! Second the staff is absolutely rude. The last 4 times I have been here they are always out of the salad dressing! So I asked why every time I come at night their out of the salad dressing? She said the morning crew doesn’t make enough… I don’t understand that. Why would they not make enough salad dressing for the night crew. The only reason why I came to this location was because it’s the closest one. But I will no longer come here! I went to the location on Parker and Plano parkway just to grab some dressing, it was like night and day. The whole place is spotless, the staff was nice, and they gave me my dressing for free when I told them how the other location is always out. They said there never out and will take good care of me when ever I come. Go to that location!

Friends and I made an order for 3 bowls and a burrito. My friends bowls had chicken when they ordered barbacoa, and as you can see I ordered steak and got chicken. At least my husband's burrito was correct. The food was also ordered an hour in advance and still was not ready and was wrong when received. Not satisfied.

This is a good location UNLESS you’re using the app to order ahead. If you aren’t standing there watching them make your food they skimp you sooo hard.

I wish I never went here. My and my girlfriend have been going here for a couple months. Yesterday someone tried charging both our credit cards for over $250 each of Chipotle. A couple transactions went through but then our bank stopped them. Kinda weird that we got hacked at the same time, and we only go to 1 location? I'm not sure if an employee stole our card info or if someone actually hacked our account.
Their customer service is an absolute joke. It's live chat only and if your actually able to talk to a real person you should buy a lottery ticket. You can't delete your Chipotle account either. The hackers even changed my email so I can't login to my own account! The live chat said she would report it to their "Theft Department" and I'll hear back in 2-3 days. It's been a week, nothing. Mind you this is the Theft Department....
I highly recommend anyone delete their card from your account. My case is not the only case of this happening. The fact someone can get into your account, charge your card without typing in the 3 digit code on the back, change your email address and password without any authorization on your part, then their terrible customer service doesn't do anything about it, is just a nightmare. Hackers prey on poor security along with poor customer service to do these attacks. This is my first time getting hacked and I'm extremely disappointed in Chipotle. They only care about their image and not their customers.

Chipotle what has happened to you in the last few years? Especially, the on 6202 W Park Blvd. I have gotten food poisoned from you in 2020 the chicken was undercooked. The in persons service is horrible too! The staff are not friendly and dont ask for extra anything they will quickly tell you its extra, and that fine because I will pay for it. They leave the food under the lamps and in the containers too long. They will give you crumbs from the bottom of the container instead of getting you fresh food if you don’t say anything to them. The taste of the food is nasty now I cringe if anyone says lets eat Chipotle my tummy gets upset. You guys are loosing your brand and quickly! Stop hiring people who could care less about the customer and quality of service and food. You will be closing doors if you don’t address all these complaints and quickly. This is ridiculous!!!

This location consistently cancels online orders without notifying their customers. When will Chipotle corporate offices take notice and do something? I’d recommend people go to the Legacy Drive location — they are miles ahead of this one.

Typically this place Would get 4 stars. But I’m pretty sure there is new management and just want them to know . The cleanliness of this place had gone down. Maybe it was just the time. It was 745pm on may 6th. The food prep area the young man just had food everywhere. It was dirty, same for the soft drink area. The young man working register literally stopped working to check his phone and reply. Probably only had to wait 30 seconds. I’d usually not mind if it was busy and over whelming but it was pretty slow.
