Location is about the average on devices. But much better than other fast food restaurant!!!!
Place is clean and neat. I’ve been this spot during lunch or adhoc in afternoon for pickup 9-11 times.

Typically this location has been “ok” with the drive through. Orders are only incorrect about 1 out of every 7 or 8 times. However, the economy seems to be affecting them more and more at this location lately and it is only effecting the eggs 😅. This might also be due to the amount of chickens consumed by us effecting the amount of eggs available though, can’t figure out which it is!?!? Inflation is truly becoming a pita. I can say this is only the first time “I” have received this little in my bowl even though I eat this way more than I should, only my fiancé had been a victim before now and that’s not my problem 👺👀. Seriously though, there was almost no egg in here 🤣

Really smart move to relocate across the street in vacant lot. This place has much larger footprint for restaurant, drive-thru and parking lot. The prior location was not big enough in all respects for the number of customers. We watched the double lane drive-thru (most customers) get through fast. We prefer to eat inside (one of few that allow it) and got super fast and courteous service from Carlos. Staff was busy busy taking care of inside customers with orders and drink refills and cleaning tables. Kitchen was busy making and getting food out fast. I posted photos of the interior.

This place normally has yummy food, the line moves quickly, and I have great things to say about the location. But this particular night was about 10 minutes before the store was shutting down and we ordered fries. It was the only thing I was looking forward to were there fresh, hot and slightly salty fries. What I received was cold, barely chewable, slightly overcooked brownish-colored fries. Not cool.

This location is the only that masters in bad customer service only place they take your order wrong, I order two spicy chicken sandwich I go to the window they say no I ordered only one after waiting in the drive-through line and once I get the one sandwich it’s been sitting in the back so long that the moisture made the barn all wet and soggy. He is argumentative and didn’t even say sorry. It is so not like Chick-fil-A service. The other day I ordered a shake and it didn’t taste right when I ask her she said this is How it supposed to be!
Never stop by this location again.

Pretty much one of the slowest Chick-fil-A restaurants I have ever been. 25+ minutes and it wasn’t during peak time.

So the spicy sandwich is no longer spicy as before, the fries much more oily than ever, I get the line is long and the soda is sitting out waiting for some time, it’s hot now and it’s a water down soda now, what’s happening?

This is the worse chick-fil-a ever! The food is always disgusting, they never change out the grease for their fries. When you ask for fresh food they always promise that it will be fresh and it’s not their chicken biscuit is always hard and burnt! Do not go to this location go to the Richardson location that’s 5 mins away much better food and customer service!!!
