They make smoothies incorrectly. They either add too much of this or that which changes the smoothie consistency and also leaves behind ingredients in the blender due to excess smoothie juice. I told the indian guy ans he disregarded me and telling me it was made correctly and i told him that it was not as I watched it being poorly made because i order smoothies everyday from other smoothie kings. Great customer service. But the smoothie tasted bland, full and seeds and inconsistent. Call Smoothie King HQ to retrain staff!

The smoothie was ok. I got the small Greek yogurt with strawberry and blueberry. It tasted fine, but not worth the $6.16. Also I noticed that they put ice in the yogurt before blending it and serving it to me. Who chops ice in their yogurt at home? No one. They only do this to fluff up the product and save money.

I and my coworkers are dedicated customers of this location smoothie king!! And by dedicated I mean one of us are at least coming in everyday of the week. The customer service is pretty good however, you will catch the Indian guy or the older Indian woman having a not so good day sometimes. We are human! I get it. Also, I’m starting to think they are not using enough ingredients in the smoothies. I know they replaced the sugar with more healthy ingredients and stevia. But still, I’m starting to notice a little flavorless each smoothie. All I can say is ...if they are being stingy, I hope they take this review into consideration because my company gives this location a lot of service!!!

It looks like most of the one star reviewers all had the same experience. I was told the medium smoothie would be cheaper, but I was planning to use my rewards and the lady said I couldn't use it on the special. It ended up costing $2 more than my usual. The smoothie was extremely watered down which didn't surprise me because everytime I go to that location the smoothie does not taste good. I've been to a lot of Smoothie Kings. This location is not great if you are looking for a great tasting smoothie and it is more expensive.
