Shawarma Bar

My husband and I went for the first time to Legacy Hall today. My husband got chicken and waffles from The Press waffle. He ordered it online and it was done and delicious in like 5 minutes. I ordered a falafel bowl from Shawarma and it was 15 minutes, my husband was almost finished and I could see people walking up and getting food just on the spot and mine showed not ready. I went over and said, “hey, why is this taking so long.”Both people who worked there instantly became really hostile towards me. When they were the ones who dropped the ball and never let me know the order had been completed. Lots of great options at Legacy Hall. I will happily choose one of those in the future. I should have realized there was a reason they were slow compared to the other restaurant around them. Food was a 4 but service was just terrible.

This place was run better when the owner used to work there. I keep having the same negative experience with the same group of employees. I’m allergic to radish so I asked for lettuce instead on my wrap and they told me I wasn’t “allowed to get lettuce on my wrap” yes that’s correct I couldn’t get lettuce on my wrap lol. And then when I asked for light tomatoes and extra onions they started laughing amongst themselves and made it a big deal. Horrible customer service. Same group of employees now 3 times! Literally refusing to do basic customer service. Never been to any restaurant that wouldn’t let you pick your toppings. Ridiculous.

Just had my first meal here (Opening Day) and it was fantastic! I don't know what you guys are doing to the Lamb and Chicken Shawarma meat, but don't stop. It was tender, juicy and the flavor was absolutely addictive! Everybody at the counter was friendly and it was fun watching you prepare my Lamb Shawarma bowl with lots and lots of fresh ingredients. My wife had the Lamb Shawarma and she said it tasted like a "next level" gyro and she is now obsessed. Keep up the great work. We will be back often!
