I ate at Ñusta's today and loved it!
We started with the ceviche and causa crocante as appetizers. The ceviche was totally authentic Peruvian style, delicious. If you've never had ceviche, try it for something unlike anything else you've ever eaten. If you like ceviche, get this because it's the best you can get around here by far. The causa crocante was kind of the chef's unique take on causa rellena. It was also delicious.
For our entrees, we had the jalea, which is various seafood, battered and fried, with tartar sauce and fried yuca. Again, very tasty. Our other entree was seco de res, kind of a beef roast with a delicious sauce, served with beans. This was also amazing.
For dessert, we had the deliciosa de maracuya. Very tasty.
Staff was also very friendly and attentive and the facilities are clean and beautiful.
I have been to Peru many times, and my wife is Peruvian, born and raised. We both agree this is the best Peruvian food we have had outside of Peru.

Just ate with a group of 3 at the soft opening. Great taste, full of flavor! Worth the drive from Arlington. :) Friendly staff, very attentive, Glasses always filled. Great place to bring a date for sure!

We were there last night and we are very delighted that finally there is a Peruvian restaurant that offers the whole package, food, service, ambiance and music, I will go back again and will feel proud on taking friends with us, the lomo Salgado was juicy and tender, the seco de res delicious and my chose asado con tallarines verdes right on point. My favorite was the "clasico" rice pudding with mazamorra morada who took me back home when I used to get it at the street cart, give it chance and see for yourself

So disappointed, we waited for 20 minutes , no hostess , not even a server came to assist us , the owner or manager saw us there and he didn't seem to care, we left of course! Why there is no a good Peruvian restaurant in Dallas? All the ones here lack of a good service, what a shame.

I went for the soft opening with a friend from work, I worked with Cesar/Michael for a year or so and this was his dream and I am so proud he made his dream happen.. The food was awesome and I did not have a clue what it was but it was all delicious.. I will be back with my Dora soon!! I loved the potato balls !! ha.

Horrible experience, we were a big group, somebody took our order, ONE HOUR LATER, we ask them about our food, they look at each other...they left...they were like chicken without head, came back to tell us that they'll have it ready in 15 minutes. NOBODY had place our order to the kitchen...
