I ate at Ñusta's today and loved it!
We started with the ceviche and causa crocante as appetizers. The ceviche was totally authentic Peruvian style, delicious. If you've never had ceviche, try it for something unlike anything else you've ever eaten. If you like ceviche, get this because it's the best you can get around here by far. The causa crocante was kind of the chef's unique take on causa rellena. It was also delicious.
For our entrees, we had the jalea, which is various seafood, battered and fried, with tartar sauce and fried yuca. Again, very tasty. Our other entree was seco de res, kind of a beef roast with a delicious sauce, served with beans. This was also amazing.
For dessert, we had the deliciosa de maracuya. Very tasty.
Staff was also very friendly and attentive and the facilities are clean and beautiful.
I have been to Peru many times, and my wife is Peruvian, born and raised. We both agree this is the best Peruvian food we have had outside of Peru.
Just ate with a group of 3 at the soft opening. Great taste, full of flavor! Worth the drive from Arlington. :) Friendly staff, very attentive, Glasses always filled. Great place to bring a date for sure!
Great ambience, great food, a bit slow on the service and only two beers on the menu, but it is a good restaurant to try Peruvian food. 5 stars because we were 17 people and they accommodated us immediately although they were busy
great ambience with beautiful dining room. The food was exquisite with a mixture of Latin and Asian cuisine. The Lomo Saltado is a must try here and the Delicia de Maracuya tops the meal off perfectly!
