Taco Bell

The guy who was taking orders he was so rude to us. we went to drive thru qnd he was asking "is that all?!" after each and everything I ordered. As a vegetarian we ordered everything sb from bf to bn, and cooks who were making our food, they made fun of us by saying that extra meat, right!!! We felt offended. I asked for at last sauces and this is what they gave us like and insult to us, he gave like a pound of sauce packages.Taco bell should do something about them. Never go to this place if you're a vegetarian!

First they pretended they couldn't hear anything but "I'll just order at the window" which they replied they aren't allowed though there's a sign that states if you have problems ordering at the speaker then drive to the window. Then they didn't give me the sauce I asked for that is definitely needed for these just ok but conveniently fast tacos. They were rude and not a place I want to spend my hard earned dollars.

Person who took order was rude. Food was bad. Quesadilla wasn't cut. Mexican pizza box squished into food. Soft tacos just thrown in the wrapping and falling out. Doritos Locos taco old shell and cold. This location unfortunately is consistently below average during the evening hours. Phone line off the hook and staff just seem to be screwing around.

They often leave something out of my order, but it’s cheap, tasty and largely correct as long as you use the mobile app. However, they recently changed so that mobile orders have to go inside to pick up their meal. HARD PASS. This defeats the purpose of my mobile order. I want it accurate, which I only have a shot at if I place it online. In person it will be wrong. I also want bonuses and points for ordering through the app. Pulling through the drive through and giving my name was super easy. Today I had to haul my upset toddler out of the car in 105F heat to go inside, where she melted down not wanting to turn around and leave. I told her not to worry… we’ll never be back and this will never happen again. Someone ping me if they reinstate mobile order pickup at the drive through. What a day ruiner. Btw, I was not warned by the app that I would have to go inside. It said to pull into the drive through, which I did. Then the order taker informed me I would to come in. The app still says you can go through the drive through. Zero stars if I could.

Staff was extremely rude. They gave me my cherry freeze melted completely and when I asked them why it was melted they said it was supposed to be like that. When i tried to explain that it was a freeze meaning it was suppose to be frozen they said that there is a little bit of ice in it already. Instead of arguing I left. I can understand this happening occasionally but every time I go to this location its always like this.

Soft taco supreme came out no sour cream or diced tomatoes. Redo wasn’t much better. Had sour cream but not fresh tomatoes and lettuce was meh. This was initially drive through and redo went inside. Never acknowledged was wrong. I had to tell them to please remake. Not good. No deposit, no return.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, probably the worst taco bell I've ever gone to in my life! They steal money from people, they give out old stale food that's cold. Also, do they try to be as sloppy as possible? If not then how can you possibly serve a bean and cheese burrito with almost no beans and cheese and have it to where the stuff is everywhere and not actually in the tortilla? I'm unsure but if that were my store or company I'd wanna show that we're better than that. I would never serve something to someone if I myself wouldn't even eat it!! I've never had a good experience at this location and would advise to stay away from it altogether.
