This is two Asiago bagels bought together. See the problem? They do this frequently. If your bagel comes out sorely inferior don’t sneak it into people’s bags. I’m paying for cheese not plain with a smudge on it. Frustrating.
I have already shared my feedback and experience with corporate. I’m posting this out of a concern for others’ well being and safety. All I will say is that I wouldn’t stop to eat here if you’re an unaccompanied female, a POC, or have children. It’s not a place that has a safe or welcoming atmospher

I just ordered a bagelrito and got a soggy tortilla wrapped burrito with a large thumbprint shaped hole in its side and stuck to its wrapper.
I also ordered a bacon, avocado, & turkey without tomatoes and yep it had tomatoes all over. It hit my trashcan with impressive velocity.

This location used to be the best in the surrounding area. I'd say the quality of the food and service has gone down. It's still okay, but not amazing.
Worst customer service ever. No greetings, employees were just talking to themselves instead of taking orders. I had to ask them if I can order cause they didn't seem like they wanted to take orders.
