Einstein Bros. Bagels

I have already shared my feedback and experience with corporate. I’m posting this out of a concern for others’ well being and safety. All I will say is that I wouldn’t stop to eat here if you’re an unaccompanied female, a POC, or have children. It’s not a place that has a safe or welcoming atmosphere. Starbucks is right next door, and the Target on Park has a nice Starbucks as well. I couldn’t place my finger on it exactly, other than I sensed a hostile and unwelcome demeanor from the cashier (male) when I tried to ask a question about their bagels. I stepped away and had my husband ask and he ordered for us. But I didn’t enjoy eating there at all. I am a little relieved to see that the reviews confirm it’s not just me. Others seem to echo the same complaint. Avoid.

I agree with the reviews on bad customer service. It’s not a friendly atmosphere in my personal opinion. No greeting, not a welcoming vibe. I didn’t like it and won’t be in a rush to go back for that reason. Honestly disappointed because my daughter and I enjoyed our bagels. Being personable should go without saying when in customer service.

I could simply copy and paste every other complaint here. Was not greeted by employees. If you don’t like or love people or your job find another. Same for the owners with the sorry message they post after every complaint: find another industry if you do not respect all people or care to be real leaders. Your business will not last and your money will not be enough to overcome the boomerang effect of how you are allowing customers to be treated who keep you in business. Take care :)

I just ordered a bagelrito and got a soggy tortilla wrapped burrito with a large thumbprint shaped hole in its side and stuck to its wrapper. I also ordered a bacon, avocado, & turkey without tomatoes and yep it had tomatoes all over. It hit my trashcan with impressive velocity. Now no one will answer the phone!. What the heck is going on over there!? Went back this morning for a face to face and they explained they don't make bagelritos any more. They could have just said so and I would have changed my order. They made it right this morning.
