We got 2 very good sandwiches. Both were full of meat. The whole grain bread is very flavorful, not dry or though like others. This food is 10 times better than Subways sandwich. The price is higher and you get far more for your money. The large sandwich made 2 meals for both of us. Cheers

I retract my previous positive thoughts. Today I ordered a skinny turkey on white with double meat with extra onions and Mayo For which I was charged $15.50 When I opened the sandwich there were two tiny scraps of turkey about an inch square and one little ring of onion with a drop of mayo. So I paid $15 for a small toasted bun. When I tried to show the staff they didn't want to see it. To figure out what happened.they just wanted to make another. I got really annoyed. Why would I want another like that!? I demanded my money back and left. They clearly didn't care.

The workers are pleasant, the location is nice, and food is insanely delicious! I'm thinking about heading over there just writing this. I recommend the BLTA (the A is for avocado). Amazing!!!

We love coming to this potbellys. The staff is always great. They don't seem like they hate their jobs. Everything we order is always consistent and fresh. Of course the chicken salad is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed and the decor is vintage. Just an all around great place to get a sandwich!

I stopped in after work today (Friday)was totally impressed to find out I can cut some of the bread out!Great idea but the guy who was making the sandwich had only been there 4 days..Said he was from San Antonio..that guy Rocks!He makes an excellent sandwich on top of knowing how to talk to people.One day I see this guy running the place as a manager..Great staff!

Potbelly is a top pick sandwich shop with consistent high quality products and service. The menu is simple but on target and the staff are capable and efficient. The bag of small chocolate chip cookies is a particular favorite of mine. My wife has come close, but never exactly duplicated them at home. Sandwiches are loaded with fresh, tasty ingredients. Bread is way above average, bakery quality. I would drive up to 10 miles out of my way to a Potbelly than stop at an OK sandwich shop.
