worst meal ever, I ordered a bacon unlimited combo and a 10 pieces chicken nuggets, their are no bacon or anything except two meat tasted like yesterday, and they gave me 9 pieces of chicken nuggets instead of 10, also their sprite taste like disinfectant. Won’t come to this store again no matter how close I lives.

I usually come through the drive-they late at night because it’s one of the only fast food places open. For the past week I’ve either been completely ignored or told that they can’t take any orders. Not sure what the deal is but if y’all aren’t 24 hours then the hours need to be changed. If y’all can’t take order for whatever reasons I’d rather be told then flat out ignored when I can see people working.

Went to this Jack in the Box located at 1405 N Central Expy, Plano and was really treated badly by the store attendants, because of my accent. The two attendants and another colleague of theirs I met at the drive through window mocked and laughed at me. Each time I tried to explain what I wanted to order, a girl who goes by the name- Nubia would slide the window shut while she and her two other colleagues laughed and mocked me. I felt so humiliated. This incidence happened at around 6.20 or 6.30pm on Monday, 28th 2022 (yesterday). The other girl's name is Kimberly. I couldn't get the third person's name who's a guy.

Fast, convenient and friendly however the dining area was not as clean as it should be...I have worked in restaurants in this is something you have to maintain constantly you can't be in the back on your phone or hanging out with everybody talking

I was able to get a chicken patty rather than beef, on my curly fry burger.
It was pretty good.

Food was good, prices high for products, but love that breakfast is all day.

Nasty Nasty Nasty, stopped by today for a quick bite while wife was shopping. Indoor dining was filthy tables were unclean. No heat inside it was freezing. The men’s bathroom was smelly and dirty. I won’t be back.
