Michael with the catering team is THE best!!! I had a somewhat complicated order and he not only took care of it for me, he also hand delivered it himself. Anytime I called with questions about my order, everyone was so professional, polite, and extremely helpful. If you're in the Plano/Frisco area, I highly recommend using this location for any of your catering needs!!

LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! From the start the employees were super nice and knew what they were doing. Traffic was handled well and the wait was very short considering it was lunchtime! The food was also on point, definitely recommend this location ♥️

Today I had a Chick Fil-A spicy deluxe meal and 30 peace of nuggets came out all fresh and hot as I expected. I went to the side of the driveway with a 16ft box truck and Mr. Michael took care of me which is so kind of him. Never experienced any of that no where but here at Chick-Fil-A.

Isaac allowed me to come order in the lobby despite it being closed when I asked him if he’d be willing to escalate my order due to my daughter being at Children’s hospital tonight (the drive thru line wrapped around the store). He not only allowed me in after lobby was closed, he comped my entire order and gave us some brownies with the kids meals. What an angel he was…. I am leaving in tears. I was in the store for less than 3 mins and have never been so touched my someone!

The chicken has been super weird at this location lately. It’s not as crispy as normal and it’s like I’m eating something they froze and heated up. The chicken is super stringy and has a lot of questionable spots that taste funky and I end up spitting out. Really weird.

Ordered from here after getting out of the hospital for surgery this morning. First meal myself and my boyfriend have had in 24 hours and of course they left my ENTIRE meal out of the bag. (Not sure how they even managed to forget an entire meal?) My boyfriend immediately drove all the way back to get my order and they refused to remake his, despite the fact that it would obviously be soggy & cold by the time he made it back home from resolving their screw up.
Don’t waste your time at this location, go to the location on Coit. At least the right their wrongs when they make mistakes and act like they care.
Update: my “replacement” that they “re-made” was cold and made incorrectly. Go figure. Wildly disappointing.

I really thought about putting this review and finally decided that I would write one. I really love chick fil a and would definitely recommend them as the best fast food place I have tried. But even the best food with missing condiments is too bad of an experience. Twice I missed the salsa for the chicken bowl even after checking with them on the driveway. It spoils the entire mood when you miss the condiments. Same is the case when your order is messed . Like I prefer the egg white on a bagel and even after reminding them and rechecking multiple times I was provided on an english muffin. Not able to fully enjoy your morning breakfast spoils the day . Wanted to write this so that you could provide an even better experience to the chick fil a customers. They come to this store for the chick fil a brand and you as a store represent that brand .

Besides the fact that Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast-food restaurant, this particular Chick-fil-A is awesome! I go there about 1-2 times per month, but the staff know me and take the time to say a kind word. They are fast in serving the food and are always willing to quickly refill my drink. Lastly, the staff has been universally friendly and genuinely happy to serve. This place is the best!

Just witnessed what is possibly the best example of customer service in a fast-food environment that I have seen in my 43 years. Picture this...a mom is standing in line (a long one, I might add) holding her baby in one arm and the hand of her toddler with her "free hand." One of the dining room attendants took notice and asked "will you be needing a highchair?" When mom replied "yes", the CFA team member said, "no mom holding a baby stands in that line." She then retrieved a chair for the baby, seated them in a safe area, and then appears to have taken the order for them table side. It is the little things like that that define Chick-fil-A. #cfacares #chickfila

Best experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-a! My 1 year old and I eat it at least 3 times a week and it's always nothing but awesome! We have never been to this one before but I walked in the door and was instantly greeted and asked if I would like to pick a table and she would bring us a high chair and she would take our order at the table! I was shocked and grateful because that makes it SO much easier for me! Her name was Jamie and she was awesome!

Love the personal drive thru ordering and use of iPad to take orders. Dislike the missing condiments like salsa and honey when ordered with a meal. It is key to make sure drive thru customers receive the right condiments and napkins since they are not able to easily return to pick up missing condiments like a walk in order. Drive thru customers want to order their food and receive everything so they can go along their way quickly without worry. Also this location serves the smallest breakfast burrito I have ever had at a Chick-fil-a.
