Pictures kind of speak for themselves, but I was very disappointed! It was supposed to have mustard and extra pickles, it had ONE pickle! That burger looks like a 3 year old made it😡. Braum's quality has continued to decline at an astonishing rate. They hire all these young kids and nobody bothers to MANAGE them and TEACH them about customer service and how to put together a DECENT, CORRECT BURGER that a customer doesn't mind paying for! I am not a pig, I do not like SLOP and THAT BURGER WAS SLOP!!!!!

While I feel bad showing up to a restaurant close to closing time, sometimes it happens. It's really frustrating to wait in line and be told they are only serving ice cream as they close in 15 min. I understand and I've worked in the food industry before. But, the least you can do is mention this on your website or as note with your hours of business. Other than this, I've always been very happy with this location, their service and their food.

The staff is always pleasant, the food fresh and the grocery nicely stocked. I mean, have you even tried the 4 cheese burger? A culinary masterpiece. YUM! And a great price.

We visit this Braum's regularly as we are a neighbor a few streets over. The customer service at this location has declined. There were too many people behind the ice cream counter so we weren't sure where or to whom we need to place our order. We requested a taste test of something we were interested in and were told 'no'. We received the strangest look for even asking. No one knew what to do. They just all looked at each other. We will no longer visit this location and take our ice cream retreats somewhere else. Thank you.

Took over 20 minutes to receive dine in meal. Arrived around 6pm before the dinner rush. Seemed like they were concentrating on the drive thru line. They could've at least made my shake to drink while I waited. Food order announced and no shake. Another 10 minutes. Food was fine but I would've eaten anything at that point.

Hey! I love this ice cream shop! It is the go to place I get ice cream at after school or on a hot summer day! And when you go through the drive through it is fast! (And a very clean place)

We love our Braum’s and the people who work there. This review is solely based on the lack of cleanliness. The floors are sticky, every single booth was dirty. There are milkshake splatters on some of the walls and booths. Even my 9 year old boy commented on the booths being dirty. Crumbs on the tables. You simply MUST keep it clean especially when it’s a restaurant right in the heart of town.
