Ate here because it’s Zabiha. I really enjoyed the verde enchiladas with rice & beans. The verde sauce was very tasty. My family members ordered beef tacos & flautas which were not the best. The tacos were dry and the flautas would be better if the chicken was shredded. The chips and salsa were okay, but I loved the chips with the green salsa that you put on tacos. The red one was spicy. It’s hard to find good authentic mexican food in Texas so this is the closest you’ll get to authentic mexican plus it’s zabiha:)
Aside from the food, the restaurant itself is a little dirty, especially the bathrooms.
I was craving street tacos and I have been looking for the actual street tacos just like the ones in California. Guess what I finally found them here, the taste was amazingly delicious and I am hooked now, also closer to the house which is a plus. Would definitely recommend anyone that's looking for that taste os street tacos.
Remember they got student discounts, I think teacher discounts too, but ask them if they got any specials! They told me their breakfast burritos were BOGO when I went on a saturday and what a delight, the chorizo, and bacon were biiig!
If you want something fresh and not HEAVY like Chipotle, their barbacoa burrito will serve you well. I personally prefer something heavy and greasy.
Typically I expect their chorizo to be drenched in grease, but its pretty good, but along with the bacon version, it was not what I remembered when I went a few years ago.
I got it togo, and I wish they placed some napkins with it, and included a different sauce. Their green sauce is just fine to me.
Pretty much if Chipotle light is up your alley, try them out, or if its close to take advantage of their lunch specials.
Such friendly staff and delicious food. Ordered a massive order for my office on Cinco de Mayo. I got the best family pack x5. Only complaint I have is that there was no guacamole, which was listed as part of the meal. Bummer, I should have checked better, because I'm sure they would have corrected it- only reason I gave 4 stars- subject to change with next visit The food was AMAZING! I literally had a request to send an email to all in my company, because so many people wanted to know where they could get it. All that was left were a few chips and some salsa. Plan on trying them for an office breakfast in the near future.
I catered Dona Mary for an event at my house and everything was excellent! All of the guests loved the food, and the service was top notch. They went above and beyond, and I definitely will use them again for any events in the future
One of my favorite places, they have the best burrito around, and anything else I have had is amazing as well. The sauces are amazing, thank y'all for being awesome!
The owners are super nice and the food is fantastic. They use quality ingredients such as Angus beef for the beef nachos.
