I would like to say a big thank you to King Buffet Plano, I went there for about 2 years,<br/>I know others, but this one has more varieties of food and with taste, and the employees are very kind.<br/>In the last week, the house was very empty due to the coronavirus<br/>I want to thank every employee we know in this time interval, I don't know everyone's name, but I write some: Wendy, Rachel, Steven, Fong, Jessie, Feng, Michelle and others<br/>We are a senior couple who never took fortune cookies, maybe some of the employees remember us<br/>Thanks again and goodbye, with this crisis I also lost my job and will return to Florida, where we left for Dallas

This building has had probably 6 Chinese restaurants in it since I have been living in Plano. Most don’t last more than a few years. This one may make it. They clearly have poured money into the facility and it is appealing. The inside is beautiful. I was a bit cautious because some of the previous establishments were a bit iffy. I went last night with a friend and was very pleased. The buffet and a drink were about $14 total with tax per person. They had all the Chinese Buffet staples. The orange chicken was very good as was the Crab Rangoon and the pork dumplings. The only disappointment was the edamame. It was chilled and not really salted

King Buffet is a large, fairly standard Chinese buffet. They have a Mongolian BBQ station (minimal quality), lots of stir-fry, some sushi, desert, and seafood. Its a large selection but average quality for a buffet.<br/>What does set it apart, and what will keep us coming back, is this is the prettiest Chinese restaurant I know of. Lovely vases, the Chinese lions outside, art, and many, many magnificent windows (maybe etched glass).<br/>The decoration alone is enough to set this above other buffets.
