The ice cream was quite good! We visited 30 minutes before closing, which means they were SLAMMED. But the service was competent and quick.
Annoying was the halfwit who ordered something, received it, then called THE ENTIRE STAFF over to have them dig up the tub of ice cream so they could all examine the ingredient list. She sent it back and got something else (why, why, WHY are you 'that' person? Just get something plain and safe and be in the moment with your friends... We ALL have to wait for you?)
Halfwit nonwithstanding, well worth the visit!

Messed up our order of three easy to make ice creams and it wasn't even busy. Had my child waiting for his ice cream that the boy forgot behind the counter. Plus charged me for the cones but never gave them to us. They need better training or new staff. My kids enjoyed the seating area. Their only saving grace for two stars.

My favorite flavor, black raspberry chocolate chip frozen yogurt is here. Fast service, many flavors to choose from. And best of all, they make their own waffles cones! Delish!

Long hairs in the ice cream. Enough said. Been here before and ice cream is good but the service is run by high school kids who don't know how to handle complaints. I asked for another ice cream when i found an extreamlylong hair in it and was told to pay for another one since i had eaten almost half of it already. These sundays are about $9 with toppings and tax and it wasnt my hair to begin with.
Service is a joke and i just let and told then id write a bad review since they didn't want to give me another ice cream or refund.
They could care less but hopefully managment sees this and take it seriously.

My wife and I needed an ice cream fix. Being from out of town, we were not disappointed. Great flavor selection & a very tasty ice cream.
