Fish was very greasy and made me sick. I don’t know what happened but this place used to be good. See pic of the greasy overcooked fish. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Lady was super nice working but the food was not good. Maybe it's me but the tacos didn't taste like taco bell. Once again lady at window/microphone was really nice.

I luv Long Johns so when I get a chance I get it! Even the rude little guy could not deter me, however my son wasn't. The guy really needs to check hisself.

First time at a long johns I went threw the drive threw it took a long time I drove off to find no napkins or silver ware overcooked fish and cold fries im sure it happens but oh what a disappointment!!!!

I haven been to a long John silvers since they had one in Naugatuck so when I saw one in Bristol had to stop. I don’t know where to begin. It was disgusting. The food was like it was left under warmer for hour and so greasy. A large gentleman who was working there was handling stuff and the picking stuff out of food bin. They had no idea what they were doing. It was in with Taco Bell and they were screwing all orders up. I ordered2 fish with fries , chicken and fish for mom and a couple of other 2 combo order and they put shrimp in all of them which would have been a plus but they were NASTY!!! That ruined my desire to ever go to long John silvers again. If I could have I would have given it no stars. Don’t waste your money

Awful! This is the armpit of seafood! The fish is unidentifiable and the person at the counter had no idea what type of fish it is. It is as good as mediocre breaded fish / shrimp, clams that you would get out of the frozen food isle at your local hrocery.
Hard pass.bwould rather not eat.

Actors messing up my order and my girlfriends no trims in the order was then told to return and that they would not only give us the right order but that they would act extra. I asked if I'm not going to have to worry since I live about 35 minutes away. And lo and behold the disappointment was even greater for shrimps in each order very small overcooked and over fried. Didn't even meet expectations nor their promise. Very disappointed. Been going there for quite a while. Never again

it has been more than 15 years since eating at LJS.
good food and quick service.
This location is the closest to where I live at 35 miles but I will return.
