Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, this place is immaculate and very nice on the inside.
Service was pleasant, I received appropriate portions, and everything was surprisingly fresh.
Best subway I’ve been to in a long time, and it was here so close to home this whole time, wish I tried it sooner.

Pretty solid. Very clean interior. I ordered a “honey mustard rotisserie-style chicken”footlong sub on Italian herb bread with no tomatoes, it came on regular “hearty multigrain”, with tomatoes. Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, pretty good for Subway, ingredients tasted fresh. Cons: Online order was made incorrectly, online promo code wasn’t applicable to store, and protein portion was small.

I Didn’t like do way I was treat .
The Indian guy he was rushing me to pick what I want , have 2 more customer next to me getting the food at the same , crazy service, then when I asked ranch for my salad he put a ranch that had black spice on it , and I said I didn't want it and he replied that was the only one without even asking me if I wanted that one. When I told the girl in front that was charging that he should ask me before she even care either and told me that is the only one that subway everywhere had . It’s lie because I have been to subway many time and this one here I hate it .

This Subway is the only subway that won't give you what you want. I asked for lots of olives like I have since 1984 and the sandwich maker said I can only have 6 olives. She said they are only for show and not flavor. That's ridiculous. Olives make the sandwich what I like. I will never come back here. 6 olives, give me a break.

I ordered a small teriyaki chicken at the E Street location in Plainville on March 8th. They asked what kind of bread I said a tomato basil wrap I was expecting a bill around $6 plus tax instead I get to the register and it's over $10 because they say with a wrap they charge like a footlong sandwich. When I call the next day I'm told by a young lady that it's because they put double meat in the wrap. This should be posted somewhere where you can see it not just stuck on the menu under a wrap price. And days where people are still getting over unemployment because of covid-19 or high gas prices you don't need to have surprises like this when you're up at the register. I don't expect the owner of this franchise will take care of my complaint as I have heard plenty of complaints about him. Do better!

Terrible service. Ordered half a sandwich on a wrap, they charged me for a foootlong and only told me at checkout. I walked out.
Edit: just saw the exact same issue with another customer. Reporting this location to corporate and the state.

Beware of bait and switch tactics. You won't find out that your coupon isn't accepted until you get to the register. Don't put up a sign or anything at the front of the store so that your customers can make informed decisions or anything! When I asked if there was anything that could be done since I had intended on using the coupon I was told no. Very poor customer experience.

I've been going to the Plainville Subway for years and the owner remembers me and always asks about my family. His new location is much nicer now that it's not in the same location as the smoke shop. It's alway nice to get personal service.
