This is definitely a very good McDonald's. The service is fast, always polite, and it's always clean. I go here often, and I've always experienced great service. The only reason I'm only giving four stars is because of the prices. All McDonald's restaurants are a ripoff these days, but I still go here because of the fast service. So, if you're in the Plainville or New Britain area, and feel like McDonald's, I definitely recommend this one.

Ordered through the McDonalds app before 10pm - app indicated the store closes at 10:30pm. Came by at 10pm and all the lights are off, you can clearly see employees sitting at the tables just not working. And they deserve higher wages… lol! Was able to switch order to Southington where everyone was friendly and happy. 🤔

Got hey chicken sandwich that had all the lettuce in the world on it and onions clearly the first person got it right the second person got it wrong but nobody has time to turn around and fix it...

Bethany who is the manager of this location was so rude that I was afraid to put my order in because I didn’t know if I would get a spit sandwich. She has no patience and she had an aggressive demeanor towards me. It was a very unpleasant morning for me.

The worst breakfast ever. My biscuit was still frozen and my pancake were cold also. One butter for 3 pancakes and one syrup. Come on now. And I jus found a hair in my eggs. The only thing I could even eat was the sausage..

Horrible I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese wit second for $1 special. Worst I have ever had. Dry, over cooked on rolls that tasted stale. I won't be going back, too many other options in the area

638 pm tonight I go to this McDonald's I past one in New Britain ct thinking Plainville will be better for dinner but nope no not awwfull service soda no ice hot been sitting awwfull sandwiches fries just an awwfull dinner tonight all do to McDonald's in Plainville bad service soda was not coke it was root beer just awwfull service seems like Noone was working awwfull never again

Very long wait. They will have you wait on the drive thru hoping you just give up and leave. You see them inside laughing. They turn off all the outside lights to look like they are close. The few times that they actually answer the intercom they always say the grill is closed or they don't have no meat. I keep trying them since they are the closes to where I live. Went today Saturday and they said grill is closed. It's 5pm and supposedly they are closing. Never seen a McDonald's close at 5pm.
