Friendly service and great food. Frankie's is a great spot in Plainville. No fuss food, nice spacious seating area. Hot dogs are cooked perfectly and lots of relish toppings to choose from. An easy choice to make for lunch going to Frankie's.

I think their fried seafood, especially the whole belly clams, are very good....but they were out so I got a cup of chilli, very good but served luke warm, and a 1/4 lb burger which was not as good as a Wendy's single, over sized bun and a grocery store pre-made mass produced burger served luke warm.

My go to restaurant for excellent burgers and atmosphere. The Mac and Cheese bites are great. Their menu is easy to understand and the food is better than other corporate companies. Love Frankie's.

Stopped in for a quick bite on the way back home.. ordered two chili dogs and garlic parmesan fries. Rolls for the hot dogs we're just barely toasted and the chili had an unpleasant flavor to it that I couldn't discern. It was nothing like the chili I'm used to having from Frankie's in Waterbury. The fries were okay and the restaurant itself is very spacious and pretty clean. And they try to get in the future but I won't be ordering anything with chili on it.

Stopped in with my father and brother after a game of disc golf. Great place to get a quick bite to eat.

Really if I could I would give zero stars. My husband and I went here for lunch stated we would be outside and after 25 minutes I went to the window. The food was sitting inside and they didn’t call us thru the window. No apology or trying to make an amends. My family will not go back here ever again. The service was horrible and called and spoke to the manager and he apologized and they threw out 33.00 of food. Don’t waste your time here for horrible customer service.

Great fast food place!!! The burger, clam strips and hot dog with curly fries were delicious! The burger was juicy, long hot dog with many options for toppings, they make the clam strips they were so fresh. Big area, lots of seating and outdoor area. Very clean. Friendly staff, fast service. This was a nice surprise, wish I tried it sooner. I cant wait to go back!
