Didn’t come here for myself, but to get something for someone else. It’s 11:30 PM as I started writing this and we’ve been in line since 11:14 PM…..This location must be short staffed but based on the other bad reviews it seems like even if there are a decent amount of employees on shift, they just stand around not doing anything. I’m not sure though. If there is poor management, do better. Fast food is supposed to be more convenient. Hoping that this place can step it up and even if there are hardworking employees doing their best then maybe hire some more if possible.

This place was kind of horrible. I went there within enough time of closing and was greeted with an attitude which I understand. I ordered my food which I thought was clear enough but I get to the window, receive my food and I’ve noticed already that I’m missing a drink, one of them is the wrong soda entirely and the wrong size. She even asked me every size of every meal and I was clear that I wanted larger for both. I than get home and start passing out food and I’m missing an entire meal completely. I don’t know what was going through that ladies head in the drive through but it clearly was not work and she did a horrendous job and I’m completely disgusted with the service that I received and the food that followed. Y’all need to do better because working fast food is truly not that difficult.

Waited in line for 45 minutes with only 2 parties ahead of us. When we finally made it to the front of the line we were told the wait to order would be even longer because the single cashier was also responsible for packing orders. The line behind us was to the entrance at this point. Very poorly managed.

Clean restaurant and the food is delivered timely. Obviously understaffed like everywhere but their service as gotten much better in the last month or so. Like the new variety on the menu and the fact they keep their old standbys of chili, salads and baked potatoes that differentiate them from the others. Now if they could bring back their buffet bar!
