Ordered one of their reusable cups on door dash and I get the cup with a incorrect lid for the cup that does not fit and no reusable straw. Would much rather have just been refunded then being provided with a cup that is simply unusable...

purchased a fifty dollar gift and a venti caramel machiatto. Placed my coffee on the hood and the wind took it 45 seconds later. It was my fault but figured they might show some compassion. Nah...they were like we need another 6 bucks...smh

Don't know why their management moved the mobile orders over to the registers... that's very inconvenient for picking up quickly. Waiting in the line for mobile orders defeats the purpose of ordering ahead... please fix this

Very rude millennial taking orders. After about ten minutes I said "I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich, do you have one ready"? Her response was "yeah, when I make it." Last time I will go to that Starbucks, or probably any Starbucks for that matter. Rude, miserable girl.

Visited this place for my 4th or 5th visit EVER to Starbucks, so with that being said 4 ⭐ is the highest rating I can give any "chain" coffee shop.

Worst service. Staff has no personality. Worst Mocha Coffee I’ve had in a coffee shop. Heck. Dunkin Doughnuts could do better. For a $6 cup of coffee you could do better.
