Horrible ..only 1 other table occupied here. I ordered eggs bacon and sour dough toast.. the bread was not toasted or sour dough ..they brought me sausage quickly corrected with ice cold bacon ..I should have kept the sausage..no one came to check to see how things were ..I don't blame them 🤣🤣🤣

My husband and I are very pleased with the new
management! We have been going to Friendly's
alot lately, and we are very pleased with them.
The service is quick, the wait is a couple minutes
or none at all. The staff is always polite and helpful, (always asking if everything is good and
would we like or need anything). I like that we're
not ignored or forgotten. The food is always
fresh and hot. Manager is always keeping an
eye on everything, making sure that all goes

We have been here many times but this time has been the best it has been in a very long time. It was wonderful to see happy employees as well as attentive. Our server Jonathan was awesome and very pleasant which quite honestly was quite a change. We come for the ice cream so in the past tolerated servers that seemed unhappy with things. While we were eating we heard laughter from the BOH which made me so happy because that means the employees are happy which means that service and food will be better. I am so happy things have greatly improved. Kudos to the new management!

Probably the worst friendly’s in the area they never fill there Friend-z they come half full and cost $12.18 for 2. Better off going to Dairy Queen at least they know how to fill up the cups.

Service at this location sucks. They need new management and new employee's. Only 10 customer's at dinner time on 2-14-2022. One would think that with so little customer's food would be coming out in a flash. I was so wrong 20 minutes for a chicken quesadilla. 30 minutes for everything else. Next time I'll go to the Berlin turnpike location. 3 thumbs down 👎 👎 👎.

Came for a family night and we had a great experience. Our waitress was sweet and very accommodating. Our food was delicious; the beef stroganoff and clam chowder soup were awesome! Very clean and pleasant staff. Def will be returning.

Sadly the service has trended down over the last ten years. You wait 10 minutes in an empty restaurant to be sat. Then another 10 to get drinks, and 30 to get food at least that comes out cold. Used to love bringing my daughter here for ice cream and lunch. But just can't justify paying for it anymore.
