Starbucks

My review is to the point. I ordered a morning snack, which consisted of a strawberry acai refresher, bacon guda sandwich, and a cheese danish. Everyone was kind of helpful, and one thing I enjoy more than anything is a smile. Small thing, but it means a lot, especially in the morning. I sat in my car, enjoying my food and drink. I got to the snack, and the danish was not in the bag. It was a chocolate chip cookie. I walked back inside and spoke to one of the baristas. She looked over at the young lady who was making the food orders. The young lady said, "I am sorry for my mistake and apologized. To me, that means a lot. We all make mistakes. The young lady smiled, apologized, and made it right. That's customer service. That's the way to conduct business. I want to commend the staff and management at the Country Point Starbucks. You're all Rockstar and make my mornings.

The store is always clean, and the baristas make sure that each order is perfect. A special shout out goes to Sam the barista for putting “a ray of light into my life” (the store’s mission) yesterday morning (1/10/22) by asking me to look at the color of my iced coffee to make sure that the coffee/ milk ratio was adequate.

Best Starbucks in local area. I always come here after rock climbing in Island Rock. Recently I find a secret recipe drink of peach strawberry frap and tried many Starbucks to enjoy my summer drink. This is the ONLY store that provides me exactly what I want. They drip strawberry puree not only on the inside cup wall, and also on the whipped cream. I love the staffs there and I appreciate their effort on making my summer drink.

This is hands down the best Starbucks in the better part of a large area. Staff is friendly. Every. Single. Day. Lmao, they give me the right coffee everytime, they super efficiently handle a high volume shop and I don't know how I'd live without them. Probably would save like $50/week, but this Starbucks is a pleasure to go to so...worth it.
