The fish was fresh there is no weird smell or flavor. You can see all the food getting prepared. The staff was really nice. They also have many decorations up for the holidays or for the season. Such as flowers,balloons

Most of the time the sushi is fresh and tasty. Nice variety of sushi rolls and sashimi at reasonable prices. They could get better warm sake. Never had any of the warm dishes .

Great sushi and restaurant is very accommodating to our vegetarian friends. They make substitutions upon request. Food is delicious and service has always been great.

I enjoyed the ambiance and the food was delicious. I felt it was tasty and fresh, with beautiful presentation.
They have an expansive menu at great prices.
Excellent service but I think I was charged the full $9 for my drink even though mine was non alcoholic.

Island and her crew are top of the line as always. You can tell that Island really cares about her place because even when she takes her day off, her staff is always spot on!!!

I ordered food by phone and was delivered very fast. we ordered 6 different rolls including special rolls and all were really delicious and fresh. my family loved it. they also sent us a complimentary appetizer with our food which was also delicious and very nice of them.
I will definitely order from new Hama fusion again

Hama Sushi is one of my favorite sushi places on Long Island. The fish is always very fresh and the menu is constantly changing. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying yourself. I’ve been here dozens of times and have never left disappointed. I highly recommend coming to Hama for delicious sushi and a great overall experience.
