Chicken deluxe was hot and fresh. The medium size coke w/o ice was cool and perfectly sweet enough, just how I like it

Felt lazy today, didn’t cook, never really eat McDs but they got my order wrong, had to loop around for them to fix it. Don’t really expect much from McDs tho LOL

My parents in law went to McDonald's at south Avenue in Plainfield NJ and they had the worst experience because there was a girl who didn't want to take their order besides that they laughed about my parents in law, I need the phone number to call and make a complaint about that situation.

Their butter needs to be packaged different too many sharp edges, poked a hole deep into thumb, butter packaging not children friendly.

I only go here to get Caramel frappes and that is it! They're delicious try one because I don't even like coffee but I like this.

Terrible customer service. 11/17/2021@ 4p.m..I returned ,cold, grease soaked fries from my visit earlier in the day to get hot fries. Female, African manager hastily shoved me my package and said " here." No apologies. I told her she did not handle the situation well and had a bad attitude. She said she was overworked and had to keep the line moving. Is that my fault ? No courtesy!! She needs to be retrained.

NOT AT ALL 24 HRS. It's rather frustrating to get off work during an overnight shift and stopping by to order something quick before bed but being turned away because they're "closed". They need to update their hrs so I don't waste my time and can stop by a diner or something that is actually open.

have frequented this location more often than I'd like to admit. On more than one occasion I've tried to use the app to have the curbside service. Time and again it seems that they refuse to bring the food out to you. Rather, they make you wait so long that you have to go into the store to pick it up. Also I'm really really tired of the discourteous service. I know that the job sucks. But if I go out of my way to say please and thank you and be friendly and pleasant, 7 I expect you to at least show the tiniest modicum of gratitude in return. Also really tired of getting cold greasy fries.
