All i wanted was a chicken sandwich, we had order a meal, a chicken breast and a sandwich by itself. Waited about 30min in the drive though, which i understand everyone is understaff. By the time we got the food i was really hungry and looking forward to my sandwich. We were given the wrong drink three times. Then we got our food, i did a quick look to see if everything was there and it looked like it. But i guess i should of taken everything little thing out. Got home looking forward to my sandwich because ive been watching what i eat and this sandwich was higher calorie than what i normally have been eating. So a person on a diet who is hungry and just wanted something fried didnt get the chicken sandwhich that i was looking forward too. And i wasnt going to take my dads food who had been working out in the yard all day. Depressing and its not the first time this has happened, go to the avon kfc or poppeyes because these people dont have it together

Dining room was closed when it's normally open. They were out of original chicken.
The food we did get was still good though.

We had a delicious chicken dinner. They no longer have the buffet after Covid. You just order off the menu. The employees were very nice & helpful.

Showed up tonight to pick up my mobile order but there was a delay or some sort of issue with it. Every one was very friendly. They stayed calm and got my order to me pretty quickly while being extremely busy. The whole crew seemed to work very well together also.

My experience so far has been with the drive-through service. Every time, the KFC employee was very welcoming and helpful in making sure I was getting what I wanted. Lastly, the process from ordering to paying and picking up was pretty quick. Nice job and thank you.

Always out of what you need and you always end up having to wait forever to get your order even in the drive thru. Employees are. It very nice either

We paid 21 bucks for buffet. Most of it was fresh especially the chicken. Some of the sides needed to be freshened up. And the a wipe down of would of made it look more appealing. But over all not bad. Good variety of food. Fresh lettuce and dressing was a plus for me.

Had a really bad experience last night when i ordered was told there was no chicken cooked the employees were so loud i could barely hear the person who took my order was told it would be about 15 minutes so i waited figured it would be really fresh i ordered a 12 pc dark bucket but when i got home it was a mixed with only 9 pcs and it was old not sure if i will be going back
