Waffle House

This was the worst Waffle House I have been to and I have been to many. I sent back the well done eggs, since I ordered them easy over. I should of sent back my hash brown potatoes that were burnt and hard as a rock. I did let the cashier know what I thought of the food I ordered. I will never go to a Waffle House in Plainfield Indiana.

First of all I want to say I wasn’t greeted when I walked through the door they were playing loud rap music in the background these two girls that were there at 12 o’clock 1 o’clock in the morning on a Wednesday morning On May 11. I sat down nobody made eye contact with me. I immediately felt unwanted there so I left and I won’t be returning. I know what customer service looks like and I know how our business is supposed to be ran and that is not it come on loud rap music cursing in the background early in the morning you’re running a business or a club!

The heat wasn't working in half of the restaurant, but a space heater was provided. The waitress was attentive and provided refills quickly. The food was disappointing. The "adult" waffle was the same size as the "child's" waffle and we ended up having to order an extra waffle for our teenage son. The bacon, egg and hash brown bowl was on the skimpy side and the cheese was almost non existent. We ordered a side of gravy to "fix up" the hash brown bowl. After adding gravy and another waffle we spent over $40 for 3 adult meals and one child's meal.
