Very friendly employees, but service was terribly slow. We waited almost a half hour for 2 drinks inside. I know they were busy with drive through orders and the customers inside, but I go out for coffee almost every Saturday morning at various coffee shops, and have never waited this long anywhere else. My drink was pretty good, however my husband's drink was made wrong. After the wait we didn't have time to wait for it to be remade so we just took it and left.

Im going to start this with i understand why they have to take their time and I'm not mad about it. Me and my boyfriend go there a few times a week, a lot of times there's a wait, but i know they tend to get picky, rude people and its ok that i have to wait because they always treat us kindly, the drinks are always made amazing and the food is perfect. Not once have i had a bad experience, i believe everyone there deserves a raise idc what anyone else says

Very clean facility, extremely nice staff. The havarti and turkey bagel was delicious and the Vanilla Beane coffee was phenomenal.

I really like it here but the wait time is very excessive. 25 mins in a drive through with 4 cars ahead is a lot. I understand that it’s all fresh made but it would be a good idea to hire more folk!

Reliable. Friendly staff. Sometimes drive thru is slow but the drinks are quality! Prefer this to Starbucks most days!

Big by has the best coffee. So much better than Starbucks. Their cinnamon coffee cake muffins are amazing. It’s really hard to drive by without stopping in for a hot Butter Bear coffee. It’s made with butterscotch and caramel. Yumm! And the folks who work there are very pleasant and quick. Highly recommend!

I've been here before during the summer, but this the first time in winter. I got the Mocha Caramel latte and oh my! It was very tasty! I think that will be my favorite!❤☕😊

Unfortunately , the photo of the drinks uploaded are not fully visible. The the ice blended drinks here are a nice change when you have the common coffee franchise in the surrounding area . My husband won a years worth of free coffee from Biggby nearly a year ago , we pick up our k-cups monthly. My husband really likes the French Roast and myself i am neutral, i can drink Biggby's best or French Roast it really doesn't matter. Biggby has a variety of drinks on their menu, if you like lattes or ice blended drinks like we do, maybe even just plain cup of coffee there is something for everyone. The price for 16 oz. cup of coffee (ice blended ) is about $4 and it isn't bad considering its taste is different unlike it's popular competitor. i have only been to this location, but it's nice to have a change every now and then i get my coffee fix from here.
