This Dunkin doughnuts is 5 stars the Customer service is great. They are Alway's happy , my order is right all the time. They Cold Coffee the taste is Amazing, I just ❤When I drive down here an get a great cup of java.😊

They rushed my husband to order! these girls that work here should stay home. HORRIBLE customer service and DIGUSTING attitude. They give dunkin a bad name. How does management hire these kind of people?! Just stay home girls!

First they didn't give the topping for the caramel craze😒.
On top of that, This location is not so easily accessable. They also have a speed bump right after the drive-thru window which causes cars to roll back or squeal tires upon leaving, creating near collisions.

The owner stole over $700 from the lady who ordered before me. He refused a refund and refused to give her name. The store didn’t keep the money, the owner pocketed the money. This store needs a full investigation and the GM needs to be arrested and kept behind bars. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either.

I love Dunkin donuts. I just wish employees knew how to use the app more. Every time I ask a question about the app I get told ask the mgr tomorrow or call the 800 #. I mean if your going to give us the convenience of the app (which I love). Please teach your staff all there is to know about the app. More to it then just pulling up the order and serving.
