Chipotle Mexican Grill

I will never visit this chipotle again. I placed an order online. Got there 10 minutes after pickup time and my order wasn't complete. I asked about it and they said no tortillas for my burrito, no big deal. So I ask if they could just make it into a bowl. Which they do. I get home. My order is completely wrong. And to top it all off, the food was disgusting. Filled with undercooked rice, pieces of something hard, and hair. This place is unsanitary and filled with young workers that invite their friends to sit in there and hang out. Please just drive to another location and save yourself the aggravation.

No stars to this place if I get option - Worst staff ever - they don’t pay attention while preparing the order, neither they have ability to communicate properly! 5 days out of 7, most of their ingredients ran out in evening 6 pm. Understand shortage of supply but they don’t put sign most times so people stand in queue more than 15 mins and sometimes even order half way through and realize they don’t have ingredients you’re looking for! Huge NO to this location😡😡😡

There were multiple problems with the food. No veggies available for veggies bowl/burrito. Rice was undercooked. Guacamole was too salty. Overall portion6of the items was much smaller than other chipotle places. I have been to in naperville area in last few weeks. The staff seemed overwhelmed with just handful of customers. It was a bad experience overall.

Ordered a burrito, half of it wasn’t even wrapped properly and the bottom half slid across the entire prep station. While paying for the food, the food prep gave her friend at the high school a discount and also free guacamole. After picking up the food, had a hard time finding a clean table and had to ask for utensils since there wasn’t any at the drink station. There was meat and rice on most of the seats and tables. I didn’t think I can find such a poorly maintained and operated chipotle, but here it is. Ended up finding a half clean table, and I wiped it down with some napkins. At this point I was already slightly upset and as I proceeded to pick up my burrito, half of it fell apart. Now as I’m writing this review, my stomach is feeling upset and I have diarrhea. Seems like it’s run by high school kids that don’t care. If I can give it 0 stars, I would. Please stay away for your own health and go to one of the other chipotles.

I eat at Chipotle usually a few times a week but different location. This location is not up to standards. From the garbage and old food in the entry to the overflowing trash cans and dirty floors and tables, cleanliness is lacking here. The silverware area had spilled food all over and the drinks like the lemonade were out and the containers crusted with dried liquid. I had to ask the guy making my order for more rice 3 times before I got even the normal amount and seems like they are trying to skimp on the ingredients as everything was half scoops. My bowl was good tho - steak cooked right and rice and beans flavored good - so that’s the one redeeming point here. Place seems to be run by teens who are just not paying attention to the basics. I probably will avoid this location in the future or choose another place to eat.

Pick up to go order, was missing guac and beans on three separate which would be okay if I didn't pay extra for the guac. The rice wasn't fully cooked and still crunchy. Update: Followed up with their online app to see if I could be reimbursed for being charged items I didn't receive. They said that wasn't possible and gave me a free guac code that expired in a month. I let them know I wasn't planning on eating chipotle any time soon because of the quality of my meals. No response.
