Tim Hortons

We go to Tim Hortons almost everyday to get drinks via drive thru. Last we went to this one not too long ago the young girl charged us extra for one of our drinks. When questioned, she was rude about it and didn’t even bother checking and just argued. When we said just cancel that drink and just give us the other drink, the girl didn’t want to handle with us anymore and got another associate to ‘deal’ with us where this other rude girl told us that we had to get back in line to order it again. We already ordered it! They just didn’t want to deal with us and closed the window on us for us to go away. It’s a shame. There was a guy that worked there I dealt with every morning and he was super cool.

Now I’m not generally a coffee drinker as I am afraid of caffeine but Tim sucked me in. This coffee blasted me with a copious amount of energy that caused me to guzzle down my drink quickly which is where it went downhill. I burned my lips from the 900 degree drink and had to seek help from my doctor. I’d like to shake Timothy’s hand for proper marketing and delicious drinks.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closet coffee shop to my job but I will still travel further just to get coffee. They run out of EVERYTHING. Their espresso machine is NEVER working. Just burn it down and close up shop already. How is your espresso machine always down and you specialize in COFFEE!?

Went there earlier and ordered 3 donuts and a 10 pack of birthday cake timbits, an iced capp, and a strawberry refresher. The refresher rang up on the screen as we ordered but when we got to the window, they said we didnt order one. We also only got 5 tidbits. When we asked for more, the guy working the window had an attitude and when we asked for the drink he was extremely rude to us. Also when we gotthe refresher, it was just water with strawberry gunk at the bottom. Not even coconut water. Highly reccomend getting your donuts somewhere else. The iced capp was delicious though

This one disappointed me dearly. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and coffee with creamer. The sandwich was good. But my coffee had no sugar or creamer. They had no condiments. None at all. This is my first and last time for a while. I'm a put of towner and a repeat customer of anything good. And first impression last impression. Got it wrong the first time don't have time to give another shot. I hate Mc Donald ls but they better than this was.

Everytime I come to this Tim Hortons, I undoubtedly regret it. I sit at the drive thru menu for about 10 mins before anyone comes on the intercom...that's even when there's not a line. Then when I order a "#4" they ask me "what's a number 4?" How does the employee taking my order not know what's on the menu?? I understand the high turnover, and lack of staffing but that isn't an excuse for the lack of quality or staff knowledge of their job.

So today’s tale is all about when you make the mistake of seeing the drive-through jam packed and you think that going in will be faster. Well I’m here to tell you ladies and gentlemen it’s not any faster in fact they were probably 20 cars in the line for the drive-through and so I just thought hey the drive-through person is slow. Once I got inside there were about 10 people in the standing line ahead of me during my weight three of those people walked out and left. Now this is your standard Tim Hortons small box chain it’s clean looks nice everyone’s pleasant and the pace of the staff was average. I have to assume that they were understaffed by about three people today but then again as I said the pace of the staff was not a fast hustle it was just a cruising speed average pace. The staff really were pleasant but you’re dealing with additional Covid regulations I guess so the cashier probably change gloves 20 times that I saw. Bottom line Is it this place is OK but I will avoid it in the future just because it’s not fast food we could’ve sit down and eat in our food at Bob Evans in the time that it took to stand in line for 15 minutes in the store and get our food. I don’t think that it was the staffs fault here I think they were understaffed by few employees today and they had probably held this pace consistently all morning long so the hustle was already burned out of them
