Mcdonald's

I placed an order via the mobile app for curbside. I was charged for the order but the store couldn't find it. I showed them clear evidence on my phone that the order had gone through but the "manager" told me there was nothing they could do about app issues and refused to fulfill the order. It took an e-mail and a phone call just to be told to be patient and I was finally called by the store manager from an ID that rang through to a construction company in Iowa who told me she could do nothing about poor customer service but would refund my money once I printed out the receipt and drove the 10 mile round trip to the store. This is just another in a long list of ongoing screwups at this location. Plain City is nice just be sure to go to one of the locally owned eating places for better food and service than what you get at this McD's

The manager was rude after setting at the speaker for 5 minutes we pulled up to the window to see if they was open . The manager said she told us they was busy and would get to us when they could the thing is she hadn't said anything. Then she said we would have to go back around to get service. She was very rude about it but the funny thing was we tried to explain that we had been there like 5 minutes and we wasn't going back around just to get a coffee.

Service WITHOUT a smile! Didn't acknowledge us at the drive thru speaker, pulled up to the payment window and they looked at us like we were an inconvenience, didn't apologize or say anything we explained what happened and showed them our mobile order code and they didn't apologize or smile just said "pukk up to the next window". Service didn't get any better there given our food without a word said to us and the window shut.

A few things, 1, I would not even rate this place a one-star if I did not need to. 2, They have two lanes but yet only one person to talk so you're still only taking one car at a time don't even know why you have the second lane. 3, Pretty sure the customer is always right even if the customer is not right (I worked at a McDonald's before, I know) 4, So running your mouth and telling me you are NOT going to serve me definitely ridiculous and unprofessional. I would fire all of them working the drive thru 3/18/2022 at 6 a.m. I will be calling the corporate office and having a few words with the way this place is ran. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

At 1:30 pm.. me and my son who are from licking county stopped for some lunch.. got pulled for fries, given a unsweetened tea, bc they had no sweet tea brewed.. 10 mins later go in and wait another 5 mins. Tell the lady about the fries, she was liked u said of said something when I asked if u had a frappee.. worst place.. whoever runs this place needs serious overhaul..
