Worst meal ever! Order the crispy chicken sandwich, not realizing "crispy" is achieved by burning both the chicken patty and the bun. No sauce or lettuce, just 2 pickle chips. For $5.99 I felt it was quite the rip off. Add $2 for a single hamburger patty and I felt fleeced. Crossing McDonald's off my fast food list. Their prices have increased more than any other fast food while their quality has taken a nose dive.

Fries were fresh, hot and yummy. Sevice was quick and perfect.
What I did not like was my burger was dry not Hot. Didn't love that part. Inside was also clean, newly remodeled. No more self serve drinks. They get your drink for you, Iess germs spreading that way.

Worst ever I got low hours for providing good service for my McDonald's crew and for my loyalty to the business they had me no h[rs but everyone else got hours look on Facebook they had to vouch for me on there I got harassed cuzi was trying to make good burgers for me being a good employee and trying to live up to them completely messed up worst place to eat and work at

I couldn't believe how fast the service was. Usually I have to wait for my order. This time the order was up right before I sat down to wait. The food was good and hot 🔥 this time too.

Recently remodeled, now there is no access to straws, napkins, or fountain drinks in the dining room. Everything has to be asked for, semi-understandable with the pandemic, but inconvenient when you just want napkins. Also forgot food from our order, and it wasn't during a busy time. Plus all of the newly remodeled McDonald's are sterile looking and give a prison feel in the dining room.

Worst experience at McDonald's in a long time, this used to be the good McDonald's in town before they renovated and made it look like it isn't a fast food restaurant. You can't fill your own drinks, get your own napkins, salt, or straws. They also don't give you your napkins, straws, or salt without asking them for it. Since you can't fill your own cup they also no longer offer drink refills, and completely leave out items that you pay for and are reluctant to give it to you even when it's on your receipt.

With the exception of the kiosk, from which the customer ORDERS AND PAYS, the experience over all was one satisfactory McDonald's visit.
The staff is VERY friendly, courteous, and willing to help immediately, so as to remedy any customer dissatisfaction.
