Wow not good! Forgot French fries one day but did charge for them. Next day said okay will give you gift cards. Also on second day ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, was charged for that. Looked in bag in front of employee to find a biscuit no egg, no bacon, no cheese. She is like things like this never happen. Gave two more cards! Good deal right! No because no body not even them take the cards! Only store in Nevada takes them and that is the state of Nevada! Like I am really going to Nevada to get an ice cream! When I can go the Wendy's buy the ice cream card and get free ice cream in California every day. You blew the one McDonald's

The lady that helped me was nice. But the dude that took the order was definitely not a morning person. And I definitely didn’t get what I asked for. I asked for a sausage McMuffin. I didn’t get that. They got the McGriddle right. But I didn’t ask for a folded egg. I didn’t want tea and I wanted Hi-c orange drink. And after he changed it it seems like he change the egg. Cause when I saw the board before I got to the window it said the correct thing. But I still didn’t get Sausage. I normally go here but something changed cause it seems like my orders have been incorrect more often.

Service was quick, food was fine. I ordered $20 worth of food and then when the lady bought it out I asked her for a water cup (a pretty common request if you ask me) and after handing it to me told me to make sure to get water (and not soda). Why would she imply I would steal soda?? Alamo now in the parking lot I’m seeing this sign for $1 for any size soft drink. Even if I did steal soda it would just be $1… Weirdest interaction I’ve had with a McDonald’s employee ever

Had an online order for pickup waited over 30 minutes for the lady to give my order to the other person waiting for pickup, so I go inside to see what was taking so long and to shorten things up they gave my order to the other people waiting for their order and gave them my order as well, and to catch attitude because they gave my order to the wrong people. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE! And not to mention this was not the first time..

Very disappointed, I never go to McDonad, and when I go is usually to get coffee. This time I was waiting on an appointment down the street from there and I thought I get something from the $.99 menu and eat while I wait. I looked at the was looking at the $.99 and $2.00. The only thing they had on it was sugary drinks Not Even potatoes or ice cream!!! I had a senior coffee; the only good price right on their menu! I would stay away from McDonald's in Placerville specially. Why will you pay their ridiculously high prices for their food when you can get a better quality and deal at In and Our burger restaurant.
