Friendly staff, great customer service. Clean environment. Family friendly. Love the food smell. Quick service. Ample parking. Nice waiting area.
Now closed permanently, just saw all the IHOP signs taken down. So sad.

We went to IHOP by Kraemer and Chapman Ave. We were greeted with a smile and were seated right away. I tried their 55+ breakfast and it was very tasty! What's more, if you are 55+ and order from the regular menu, you get 10% off of the price! My husband and I will be regulars at this restaurant! 😊

It's an iHop, what can I say. The food isn't the highest quality but it's good for what it is. Good breakfast foods at a decent price with ok service. Last time I was here they forgot my toast and brought it out after I already finished my eggs and bacon. The waiter seemed a little confused when I told him I didn't need it anymore but at least he took it off the bill. Not a big deal, these things happen. I'll definitely be back at some point.

Loved the french toast combo, my friend had the pancake combo with strawberries. The eggs were perfect, french toast sublime. The service was impeccable. My bacon was a little overcooked for my liking and hash browns were under cooked. The ice tea was perfect as I like it with lots of ice. All in all a pleasurable experience, I'd go back.

Cristina, server #103 was professional, extra attentive and good energy. We had a big party of 25 and she didn’t get overwhelmed. She was fast and polite with every request. She made us feel at home and comfortable even though we had rowdy kids and screaming toddlers at our table, she made it seem like we were good guests. Cristina was family friendly and showcased great hospitality! Thank you for hiring her and the food was fresh delicious!

With the restrictions lifted in orange county indoor dining is now available at this location. Not to many patrons at 8 am. We were placed several tables away from others and felt very safe and comfortable. The service was quick and friendly. I was told when more people are present they open the outside dining.

I was seated very promptly. My server was Josefina and she was very attentive. I tried a spinach and mushroom omelette for the 1st time. It was very good.

Good selection for any time of the day. The food wasn't bad and we had good service. The price was a little high but it's a chain restaurant so I expected that.

Food is good. 67 degrees setting on the AC a little low. Especially if you're seated near or under a vent. We tolerate it but notice other customers complain. Got a teen waiter with no experience. He asked for our drink order and would leave after only 2 (party of 8). Would bring the 2, take another 2 and leave. We understand though. Made us smile actually. Pancakes were delicious too.
