This place Rockedthe old Warehouse look with the high ceilings and wood floors . The walls are partially done so you can see the Old Stone higher up. Something that I always note, bathrooms are super clean here and Tastefully appointed. There are only two in the back and they are unisex. The only thing I'm disappointed in is because this is such a family restaurant there is no changing table in either bathroom. But that's an easy fix. Everything is handicap accessible it's on the first floor easy in and easy out. parking right in front of the restaurant Main Street Pittston. Now let's get to the menu and the food. Large amount of choices. Very hard to pick what you want when everything looks so wonderful. We ended up with the triple Jade dinner for me which came with me so soup which is a seasoned chicken broth . The Triple J consisted of three green vegetables zucchini, snow peas, and broccoli and chicken some prawns and scallops...all of which were steamed to Perfection.Served with rice on the side a dollar more for brown rice. They let you know there is no oil or fat of any kind in this Meal. (Heart and diet healthy) For self seasoning, there was a very strong wonderful soy sauce on the table. This way if you don't want to eat with a lot of salt you don't have to. The dish I had was peppered with slivers of ginger which punched up the taste. The restaurant was out of snow peastoday so they gave me an ample amount of broccoli to make up for it. My partner had the Hibachi dinner with the Hibachi soup and a salad with a flavorful ginger dressing. I had wine and he had a beer pictures of the fill are there. Everything was delicious. I will be back to sample the rolls. I've heard many good things about them. They have a takeout menu That's loaded also. I must say prices are extremely reasonable. Sorry I had an extreme fascination with the napkins. They were extremely large and made of paper, but in such a way that they we're thick and felt like material.. very strong. And had a single rose on them.
This is certainly one of the best kept secrets in pittston. The food was fresh in delicious. And the two servers turned out to be excellent bartenders. The martinis were amazing considering the type of restaurant. We will definitely be back
This place is great! It is definitively one of my favorite places around to have delicious sashimi and sushi, but if you don't like the raw fish they offer hibachi style meals also. Everything is very well portioned and the atmosphere is great as well as the drinks. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar to see some off the menu creations made by very skilled sushi chefs.
Hibachi dinner was pretty good but not the best like the Hibachi joints in wilkesbarre. This Hibachi is much sweeter. The rice had good texture but did lack flavor and cook time. Gotta really burn that flavor in on a smoking hot Hibachi grill!
Great sushi! Food and drinks were excellent. My wife and I had a great night! We'll definitely be back.
It a great place, nice atmosphere, I went with my family and friends to celebrate my husband birthday and it such a great place, the food is amazing I loved the Godzilla roll!
Clean bathroom!
The place was clean, the service not so slow. We ordered Godzilla, lady love and the one with mango on top! They were big so I kept half of them for later, I ate them 5 hours later and they tasted as good as new. We had Shumai and Gyoza also. We were two and the proce hit 62 dollar...a little bit high but somehow worth trying once every several months😬So expensive for weekends but good for special occasions.
I loved the steak teriyaki, and their California rolls. Everything tasted amazing and hit the spot. We will definitely be back!!! Also their spicy tuna roll my husband says was extremely tasty
I used to eat here plenty of times before and loved it. Now since having food from Ichiban this would be my second choice. The place inside is really nice. Service was not faster enough. The waitress took a while to get to us even though there was literally only one other table before us. They definitely need another waitress there. Once the food was ordered it did come quickly..... but then again there was not really anyone else there. I never liked the Miso soup there because it always has a nasty taste... Like dirty water or something.
My lady and I went there to dine the other night and had a great time. The food was good and reasonably priced. The server who was an older lady was friendly but a little slow at tending to our needs in what wasn't a busy night but all in all I enjoyed the experience. Ichiban is still my favorite but this is a close second.
