Tim Hortons

We came with our family during a busy time for lunch. The drive thru line was very long. When we walked in, there were only two employees working at that time; they were hustling! Our service was still very friendly, the food quality was great, and we had no issues. I accidently left my credit card at the table. I didn't notice it was not in my wallet until that night. After review, I remembered the last time I used it was at this Tim Horton's location. I called my credit card company to report. They told me that it was locked earlier so there weren't any fraudulent charges. It came to our attention that one of the employees (I believe her name is Kari) found my card and immediately called the 800# on the back to lock it for us. The next day, I went in to retrieve the card. I am so grateful that there are kind people in this world. We are very fortunate to have my "lost" credit card end up in the right hands. We appreciate this gesture and are very grateful. Beside this, we also had a great experience at this restaurant. I disagree with a lot of these 1-3 Star reviews. Great location. Wonderful staff. If anybody traveling by this service Plaza, Tim Hortons has the best caramel macchiato ever!! Not to mention they’re old fashion, donut holes. Oh my goodness really made my morning. And I have to say that was the best customer service that I’ve gotten in a long time, my hats off to those working this morning.

This Tim Hortons is one of the better ones I've been too. They usually get my order correct and they are usually kind and courteous to their customers. I've read the other reviews on here and see most of them from November or last year-but since I've been coming there in January-completely different turn around. 180! Wow! Always clean, always fast! Always willing and trying to make things better even if it's a mistake. You can tell they care!! Lots of people during the morning rushes though, but that is expected.

This Hortons used to be on my not so favorite places to stop but lately they have been awesome. The morning crew there is great and the bagel is always made the way I ask. My only hold back is that there wasn't a strawberry cheesecake donut when I absolutely needed one. lol inside joke, but the donuts there are just OK. I wish there was a time of day when you could get one right out of the cooker. Nothing better than a FLAMING HOT DONUT.
