What a charming neighborhood bar/restaurant. Where everyone knows your name kinda place but new People are very welcome. I'll be back. Ms.Atlantis is efficient and friendly and really nice 4 -6 happy hour.

I've been to little bars all over the world. And there's something really special about this one. I need to try the food though! Bartenders are friendly and competent, and the people are super nice. Wonderful happy hour as well

Good Homeade Soups. Tried this place last week and the food and service were good. The homemade chicken chowder soup was very good. We also got a marinated chicken salad which was also very good. However, the salad had a small amount of chicken. The food arrived fast and the service was friendly. I will try something else in the future.

User reviews. Amazing soups and good food. Diningroom service was good. I agree the the bartender is young, arrogant and if your not a 20something female you dont matter. I cant say that for all of the barstaff. The owner works with his staff (Sam) and he is an exception to the rule as for most restaurant owners. Very down to earth. I will go back on certain days only.

We have this a whirl when our first choice this evening had some ungodly wait time so we came here. Middle-aged to older couples and families (No hipsters!) - all pretty much locals from Aspinwall and Fox Chapel. Excellent crab cakes, burgers, wings. Pretty much everything is really fresh. It is a couple of steps above standard bar fare and your TGI-Applebee's drivel that's at the mall nearby. I'd recommend it heartily again. Nice crowd too.

Went to dinner here with a friend. Loved that they had Pitt soft ball, NCAA tournament game, and the local high-school playoff basketball game on the TVs. The drinks were good. The food was delicious. It felt like a good neighborhood bar. Would go back.

Their food is fresh and tastes great. Usually have a special. Nice place for lunch. Sometimes they are busy and you may wait for a while. Waitress staff is very friendly. I got a French Onion soup and a side salad. Very good for a decent price..

Great burgers at tavern in the wall ! Nice little hometown bar that's good for a shot and beer.. Not a wild Friday night place.. Not a global food destination. Just a beer and burger community staple that's worth checking out!
