I was there late. Only two people working and they were busy. The manager was exhausted and I understood. When I got back home to eat, I discovered how they were able to keep up. The most undesirable fries and onion rings I've ever experienced. They had to be at least 4 hours old. My burger was void of the proper amount of toppings and my light ice soda was full of ice. I almost gave up on Burger King altogether.

Food is usually pretty good, have gotten a chicken sandwich or two that was pretty tough. Takes a little while to get thru the drive thru but I'd rather wait and have my food made right and actually receive my order unlike other places. Sure staffing is probably still an issue like anywhere you go now. Have a little patience and everything will be good 👍 ✨️ 😊

One of my favorite fast food restaurants, a Whopper just always hits the spot. My burger was hot, fresh and delicious. The onion rings were good as always, but would have been better with the zesty sauce that I ordered but did not get, but it happens.
Sadly, they closed the Burger King closer to my home but I will gladly travel a bit further to continue to enjoy this wonderful food.
Also, my son can get a cookie instead of a toy which is wonderful.

I'm upgrading my rating... They finally fixed the signs out front, and the service was much faster this time at the drive-thru. Same great tasting food I'd expect from any other BK. Only giving it four stars because I was on a motorcycle, and despite it being somewhat early in the evening, the dining room was closed.

So when they're open, BK doesn't miss like the Brentwood McD does constantly. The only problem is when I come rolling through before 1am on a Thursday, they are closed, and I can't get a royally delicious drunk dinner/ late night snack to sober me up for the following day

This is the pinnacle Burger King experience in Pittsburgh. Going here, you will have the exact experience you would expect. The other Burger Kings in the earlier all aspire to reach this one.

Always a good experience. Workers are patient and pleasant in spite of the worker shortage. Great food. Accurate orders. Convenient drive-through hours. Very clean parking lot: litterfree consistently. Thank you BK🤗
