I live in the Capital City area but have ordered beef jerky from these folks on many occasions. It's the best jerky I've ever had with ease. The owners are a wonderful family. You should at least try this place once. I've never been there in person, but if they cook with even HALF as much skill and love they put into their beef jerky, there isn't a thing they can't make taste delicious!

Black Market Deli is fantastic - the owner is incredibly friendly, and it's wonderful to have a place to get some fresh, high quality basics. I HIGHLY recommend giving the Betty's Blend jerky a try, it has a wonderfully unique flavor to it!

I picked up a bag of their Chain Bangin' Fuel jerky (peppered) at a disc golf event sold by Brian Keegan from Disc Golf Examiner and it was fantastic! Try their jerky out, it's some of the best I've had!

Try the jerky! Made in shop, and their conjoined sister restaurant, breakfast at shellys is heartwarming, with a 50s esque desihn and reasonable prices, you will be back!
