Never had a problem at this location! The only thing that I'd wish for is ketchup packets and fountain drink station, though I understand how those can deteriorate quickly...

Haven't been to this McDonalds in awhile. Staff are very friendly, food was hot, and package was wrapped very well.
Just one issue a dome lid for the ice coffee and it was ill fitting and kept popping off.

It's McDonalds, but I gotta say: one of the best ones in PGH in my opinion. Been there twice now. Food has been hot and fresh each time and the diver thru workers are really friendly and seem to enjoy being there. Huge bonus it's actually open the hours it says it is too!

MacDonald's have to be rated on a different scale than restaurants. As a fast food outlet, this one is a bit above average. Well maintained. Good access. Adequate parking. Decent service. If you want to eat fast food, this location is above average.

McDonald's is a good choice when looking for something quick. I try not to come too much because I know fast food is not good for the body.
French fries and a vanilla milkshake always does the trick.
Make sure you get the McDonald's app to accumulate points for free items or get the deals that are only in the app.

Place needs an overhaul service and attitude. After the manager on duty lied about me having to contact customer service for food that I didn't get. Customer service verified that refunds are handled at the store. This is pathetic.
