The service was nice (drive thru). There was a short wait, which was great, thank you. The person taking the order was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Sweet Thai chicken, it was good. Although there is a hint of spiciness to it-like an after taste. The corn and macaroni is always delicious. The cornbread was sweet and yummy as usual. I can’t believe there are so many 1star reviews. My experience was pleasant. Thank you kindly. The person whom took the payment (at the window) wasn’t the same person that took thee order, the window guy wasn’t as friendly as the lady whom took the order. He never smiled, kind of frowned. But overall, great visit and good food! 💕

I love their food so much lol. When ever you want a nice meal that’s fast and easy when you don’t feel like cooking this is the place. They have the best rotisserie chicken.😋

I always like going to Boston Market for a nice meal! Their dark meat is consistently yummy. However, at this Boston Market some of the sides didn't look fresh (I usually go for creamy spinach but it looked like it had been sitting there for a while). Also there were no corn breads so I was given a dinner roll instead.

I am visiting from Harrisburg and we decided to stop in because we were hungry (06/11/2022 around 3:30 pm) When we went up to the counter, we were greeted immediately. The gentleman were kind and courteous and very helpful. They offer suggestions, which was a real help since it was our first time here. When our order was up my brother had left for a moment so I was by myself and the manager offered to help me to the table with my food which is not really in his job description but it was a nice gesture. This is exactly the meaning of the word customer service. And this particular Boston market Knows exactly how to give excellent customer service. Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful first time experience at Boston market, and believe that I will recommend Boston market to all of my friends in Pittsburgh.

Really good roast chicken. They're mashed potatoes are really good. The problem is they're out of a lot of dishes. The baby back ribs were not the best. Maybe a little too smoked. It's one of the few left in Pittsburgh so it definitely go and get that roast chicken it is really tender and moist and flavorful

Currently only drive threw is open. Dining room is closed Dinner for 3 $24.99 dinner for 1 $8.99 you really can’t beat it for freshly made hot real food! A much better dinner than regular fast food and much healthier for you too! They have new chicken sandwiches that are great for lunch! And the employees are great and very accommodating!

I can honestly say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant. First complaint the menu is so bland and in-descriptive and there’s no options. We order food and did not get what we ordered. The sandwiches don’t say that they come with all the fixings including cheese and condiments it just says chicken on the menu. When we arrive chicken was not ready in a chicken restaurant. My wife was with me she likes spicy food and she did not like the potatoes because they were too spicy. Just overall very disappointing experience and I will never be back in for anyone expecting to go there I hope you like everything on your sandwich I hope you like a long wait and I hope you like Food with no flavor and I hope you like wasting your money because the bill was way higher than what it should be for what we got.
