Wow, I never had such a good time at McDonald’s. The staff is great, the manager Jen was so kind and brought us out our piping hot apple pies to our table. Not having had their apple pie in awhile it was a real treat, they stepped their apple pie game up! The Oreo frappe really topped it off.

I've been saying that if McDonald's tried a little harder to make their food as good as it should be, people would pay for it. This one does it hot and fresh like it should be! Delicious. Service seemed a little overloaded but determined and remained pleasant.

2018 ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very new, and I like the technology they have in this McDonald's. But let's cut to the chase, I just want my food in a reasonable time. I waited in line, inside, for 25 minutes for 2 SEC bagels.
NO one moved with a sense of urgency or any attempt to get their orders out in a timely manner. Will not come back here, Burger King is right next door.
2022 EDIT: Service with a smile! Still very busy and definitely not as fast as they could be, but the employees were helpful, polite, professional, and above all they seemed to care! Well done to the team here for making the improvements!

My husband always warned me to stay away from this McDonald's as the drive thru was known to be slow and the employees were known to be unfriendly. Well we happened to be in the area and had promised our kid lunch and decided to eat inside. We hadn't eaten inside a McDonald's since before Covid and I'm not sure if we had ever been inside this particular McDonald's before. The kiosk to order food was broken though we didn't think to look at the other side because we came to find out the other side was working along with one more on the other side of the restaurant. The lady who took our order was nice enough, not super friendly but not rude. She was mostly quiet. We ordered our food and were given a number to place on our table. A different person brought our food out to us. She made sure my daughter had plenty of dipping sauce for her nuggets. We were very surprised. I saw others being brought their food by different people and all of them seemed friendly and wanted to make sure that no one needed anything including a manager. The food was good and hot and fresh. My husband was definitely surprised so he gave a new review from his old one that was a few years old. Based off the dining room experience we would go back. I can't speak for the drive thru.

Weirdly even though my husband said this place usually forgets something or takes too long, I had a great experience. My food was hot and fresh and I didn’t feel like it took too long considering the order ahead of me was a big one! Also the girl who took my order and rang me out was very pleasant and professional.

Drive thru got two quarter pounders with cheese, large fries 🍟 and a large iced sweet tea. The food was hot and very good!

Worst McDonalds ever.The food is subpar to other locations.The wait in drive thru is absolutely here sous.I waited for over 15 mins at 10pm with one customer in front of me.Its unacceptable and I will not visit this McDonald's ever again.

Worst McDonalds. Took 5 minutes to order two meals off the value menu and two cheeseburgers. Girl running register should not be on register. It wasn't busy. In act, one other person being waited on. Food was bad! Buns were burned... inside was dirty. Didn't go near the bathrooms. Just awful!

This restaurant is by far lacking in many ways. Dirty inside and out. Bathrooms are really bad. Employees standing around and not doing their job. When asked to fill ketchup dispenser, one employee said, "That's not what I do." Come on now people.
