Worst experience still at any McDonald's location. Check to make sure everything is in your bag before you pull off. Just make the food right the first time and you wouldn't have so many issues. Work smarter not harder and at least try to have some respect when you mess up an order. It's not like we made our own food so why get an attitude with a customer when your employees are at fault. Then they cant even count. Order a 20 piece and basket and get a 10 piece. Not the first issue but Never again.

The girl working the second window may 1st at 8:40pm was amazing! They were short staffed and only had certain items. She made sure everyone knew and if someone accidentally asked for something they didn’t have she was genuinely patient and reminded them. Honestly I would normally pull away from that location if they said they didn’t have stuff due to past experiences but how she handled the situation made me stay. She deserves a promotion and/or raise!

McDonald's on Penn Ave in Wilkinsburg has polite employees. I have never been disrespected by anyone at this location. Nice greeting thank you or your welcome which ever is appropriate at time. Orders are correct & hot fresh fries. My experiences have been great.

Drive-thru only: the dining area is not open and, despite what their sign says, I was unable to get into the lobby to place an order on July 4. The sign on the door says that the lobby is only open for pickup/carry-out. I had to turn around and walk two miles to the other location...

If I could rate lower I’d give them zero stars. This McDonald’s always has an between the ice cream machine and the frappe one there’s seems to always be an issue when you order a specialty drink and instead of canceling the item that they don’t have or can’t make they’d till charge my card with my delivery service I use through grub hub or DoorDash. And I have to request for a refund at that which is a hassle instead of giving the customer the option to substitute for something else.

Bad experience. I ordered for my whole family and I got most of what I wanted but not everything. My son got a Mcdouble with Mac sauce, lettuce and tomato added. Well he got everything but the actual burger. No meat on the sandwich. Also no ketchup or sauce for the nuggets. I know it's fast food but it's expensive now for any family. Do better.

The dining room was closed and the line at the window was really long. I ordered the sandwiches and fries. They got two of the sandwiches wrong. There was no easy to correct it since you cannot go in. I will stop going here till they break down and treat the staff well enough that they can get a full staff

waited for my food for ONE HOUR in curb side (ordered at 7pm). The
first 30 minutes I waited and then attempted to go
inside when I was told drive thru only. A staff member
said that they'll be out with my order ... 30 minutes
and STILL NO ORDER at 8pm (mind you I only ordered two sides of fries, and a drink). I then called the store and got in line to receive my order and a “manager” lied and said that she had been outside holding my order but I have been sitting here waiting for her to come out and then she ignored me on the intercom and told me to pull around and gave me dry hard and cold fries that had been sitting for an hour and 10 mins. Ever since I was a little girl (2012+)
it's been run under the same management and it is
still horrible to this day the staff are always on their
phones talking on personal calls and and not doing what they need to do. Girl was outside flirting with men while there’s a long long line and giving free food to people who aren’t waiting in line for actual orders. FED UP and very unhappy!!!!! Don’t believe me , corporate can watch the cameras. I’m done with this dump.

One of the managers just called his step daughter to the store to fight an employee. They hire the wrong people to manage their stores! This incident needs to be dressed immediately or I am going to file a complaint with corporate!

It's a McDonald's, so the food is the same wherever you go.
What bothers me about this location in particular is the customer service, or lack of.
A Siri search of my ZIP Code tells me I have 13 McDonald's to choose from near me. This being on the way to where I am usually going, it's the most sensible choice. But literally every time, breakfast-lunch-dinner shift, there is no customer service.
If I thought I could chalk it up to someone having a bad day that would be another story, however it seems to be a culture in this restaurant. The tone is set with the leadership team, and it would appear that they share the sentiment or condone it from their associates.
Neither should be acceptable in a worldwide organization such as McDonald's

They gave me the wrong order 3 times, then the incompetent manager by the name of Mike, tells me he had customers and to pull up. I said no, I'm a customer too, I have been waiting 20 mins too, it's not my fault u can't figure out how to give the customer the order they paid for. In the end my order was still wrong. Had to go to another McDonald's to get the right order. I will never go there again. I want to spit on that asshole Mike. U don't need to be a manager, ur a god damn ass wipe.

I've been a steady, loyal customer there for over two years and I spend at least $5 there every day if not more that's $150 a month and they know what i order every day and lately they can't get it right to save their life. The muffins are always hard, the oatmeal cold or swimming in creamer, I constantly have to send something back and when I take things back, I get nothing but attitude! Especially from Trina. Always an attitude with her. I might stop going there altogether.
