I have seen my fair share of inventive "block-it-off-so-we-don't-have-to-clean-it" arrangements in my time, but this one takes the prize! By the way...love the chicken fries.

The service was relatively fast even though they were short staffed, and the food was assembled properly. The only downside I experienced was the attitudes of two of the employees.
A little professionalism would have put this up to 5 stars.
This place was extremely busy and packed when I came on Sunday night. The drinks were quick but the food took a long time. It was also close to closing so we couldn’t sit :( However, the cashier who helped us ( not sure if she was the manager or not) was extremely likable, friendly, and nice. She helped me save money by making my burgers into a meal because I ordered them all separately. I literally got my medium drink for free. She made sure to engage in every customer and I really think she is how all customer service should be. She is awesome and made the trip 5 stars. On top of that, the food was so good. It’s been too long since I had Burger King I guess but it was honestly delicious !!!

Typical Burger King especially for downtown Pittsburgh. Food is good. Service is okay to good. You can even plug in your phone and recharge it while you eat, if you find the right spot.
About the level of food quality (or lack thereof) I'd expect from downtown. Coupled with restrictions from Covid and large homeless population I generally don't get fast-food downtown, but that's not really specific to this brand.
Hands down the best BK I have visited in my whole life. The staff working here was so fun, so friendly and helpful. We walked in unsure, walked out with extra friends. Thanks to them and the culture these managers deliver to their staff. 🍔❤️

We used the new touchscreen system to order and pay (you are able to use it and still pay cash at the register, too). The ordering part was fine, but they messed up one of the burgers pretty badly. They were happy to fix it, though, which was good because I had to take it back to the counter three times. It was supposed to be a double cheeseburger with extra bacon, no pickles. They gave us a single cheeseburger with no bacon and with pickles. They opted to only fix one of those issues at a time. Damn, though, the fries are good!
