We ordered from here twice in a week (it was one of those weeks) and both meals were hot and delicious. The shrimp lo mein and vegetable soup were so good. Will be trying other items!

I love this place! Awesome food for a super low place! Portions are huge, always have leftovers for later or the next day!!!

The shrimp fried rice was delicious!! We added egg to it. Huge portion and great price. I usually add soy sauce to mine but I didn't need to, the flavor was on point. It is take out only.

Tong Garden has some great dishes! I always crave their chicken lo mein. Takeout is always quick and easy.

Just moved to Brookline and ordered take out from Tong Garden and the General Tso's chicken was the best we ever had! Pork fried rice was a little bland but still good. Prices are very reasonable.

Local Chinese food! Cannot compare with other restaurants, because it is running by a family. The cafe reminds of some Asian cafeterias running locally in the neighbor hood.

Good food, good prices, solid portions, and friendly staff! The pork Szechuan was tasty, though the general tso chicken didn't have as much flavor as I expected based on other reviews. Will definitely be coming back when craving Chinese!
