Had blast with my son and family members. We chose to play with a timed play pass. You are able to pause this to eat. Tickets are collected virtually on the play pass cards, you can scan them at a kiosk to keep track.

For starters, it should be said that if you have fond memories of Chuck E. Cheese from your childhood in the 80s or 90s- it is no longer the same place. Granted, the majority of changes make sense for child safety and hygiene, but the prior whimsy is lost with the bright lighting, the less tight and packed design, and the lack of physical activities like a ball pit and play area. I remember it from my own childhood as a wonderful fever dream of blinking lights in the darkness and the desired chaos of youth, so it now feels very homogenized and boring.
But with that being said, I took my now 7 year old there for her first "friends" birthday party, and everyone attending seemed to have a blast, as did my newr 2 year old son with what he was able to enjoy. There are still many varied arcade games and activities of that ilk, and the option to have a timed card or wristband instead of a pile of tokens streamlines and enhances the process. And the fact that my daughter and her friends got to go in the ticket "money booth" and grab for prizes amongst the swirling air was a lot of fun.
And the food was actually decent, much better than I remember. I'd put their pizza just a rung below typical chains like Dominos and Pizza Hut, and the garlic butter crust was a nice touch. The cake was completely serviceable as well. And the staff made for a great experience, from our party liason keeping things (and hyped up kids) in smooth order, to the prize stand attendant who just let my daughter pick out whatever toy she wanted even if she didn't have the right amount of tickets since it was her birthday and she couldn't decide. Overall, it was a good experience, and worth the rather fair price for what was offered.

My daughter had her 6th bday party here. The staff was great. The food was great. But other customers that were there they were horrible. They didn't watch their kids. They tried eating are cake ice cream and tried blowing out the candles. Some little kids would push other kids away from a game after they swiped the card to play the game. I wish parents would teach their kids manners, but that's not chucky cheese fault but had a great time. Also, the parking lot had a lot of smoke and smelled like a skunk

First and foremost, there are no more "SkyTubes", or ball pits. As disappointed as I was by this, my kids still had a blast (they had no idea what it used to be like). What is there now is essentially a child's arcade, with games and some small mall style ride on machines.
We got some pizza, and it kinda reminded me of Papa John's, but more expensive. And the giant cookie was.. a giant cookie
The staff was nice enough, I don't expect them to be overjoyed, but they weren't rude or anything.
Times have changed, so take it for what it is, not for what it was in your memories. Overall, 4/5.
**also, do yourself a favor and just buy the points by time**

We love this location. It's very clean, the service is great, the food is good and there are a lot of updated games that are fun for both children and adults. The summer deals that they have this year are unmatched. The whole family has fun every time we go. Thanks for the awesome service and great memories.

Was a very nice experience. Not all the staff was upbeat, so if you're looking for an interactive experience provided by the staff, don't! But otherwise food and games were great!

So we went on Father's Day which was excellent because it was basically empty. My review may be biased because of that. Pizza was great and the crust was brushed with garlic sauce which was unexpected but very good! My daughter loved the veggie plate that was made for her from the salad bar with ranch for dipping. This is a different experience now. As mentioned in other reviews there is no play apparatus like tubes or ball pits, but think of how disgusting those were anyways... For people who think Dave N Busters is better.... Chuck E Cheese has basically rebranded into a toddler friendly arcade. It is different from Dave N Busters for a reason. Highly recommend to come to Chuck E Cheese with toddlers or ages 3 to 6. They do have 2 beers on tap and single servings of red or white wine. You are cut off at 2 drinks which is fine because who wants to see drunk parents fight over air hockey at a kids venue lol!

This was my grandson’s first visit to Chucky Cheese and it was spectacular. The last time I was there was when I took his mother for her 5th birthday. I was so impressed with our experience and my grandson had an amazing time. He enjoyed meeting new friends, playing any game that caught his attention, running free through the area and he thought the pizza was the best he ever had. The highlight of his visit was when Chucky came around to interact with all of the kids. Our visit was February 20th and he still mentions the thrill of hugging Chucky. I appreciated that Chucky spent the amount of time he did with each child; he was so kind and patient.
Because I had not been there in decades, I had plenty of questions and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, helpful and beyond patient. He explained the policy of the hand stamp, explained the options available with the Chucky Card, the procedures for ordering our food and the prizes for the points. I approached him several times with more questions and he was very helpful. I wish I could remember the young man’s name (young, tall with dark hair) and I hope he is there the next time we go so I can thank him for making our initial visit so memorable.
One final comment is about the cleanliness. Everything from the restrooms, the booths, the games and controllers, counters and even the carpets were extremely clean. It was a pleasure being there.

Food was a lot better than I remember. The staff is nice and friendly. Lots of games for the kids to play.

The staff here is amazing! Maya was so kind to us and our kids. We have come three times and it has consistently been positive, clean, and a lot of fun!
Thank you to the team at NH CEC! Appreciate you all!

Wow. Were my expectations exceeded!
I didn’t expect much, most kid things are rip offs, dirty, crowded, poor quality, etc.
This was my first trip to Chuck E. Cheese Since I was a kid in the 80s. I wasn’t sure what to expect.
This location was so clean, with rides and games that were so age appropriate! And the price was so reasonable, I was absolutely shocked. The women at the counter were so patient and explained everything to us.
My kids had an excellent time and I left feeling like I had a great experience for the cost. We had a pizza and it was good!
Hoping to do a birthday party here next year, and we certainly will be returning!

With all the birthday parties crammed in one area it was chaotic but otherwise service was great and so was the food.

Spent $200 here for both my kids to play for an hour and half, pizza, breadsticks, drinks, and they allowed us to bring a cake for my daughters birthday. The place was clean, and fun. They checked wrists as people were leaving, and we felt safe.

The place was a mess! Smells bad, too. But the worst was the completely apathetic, pitiful Chuck E. Cheese himself who acted like he could barely move and did not interact with the kids at all. Awful! Such a disappointment for kids who were so excited to see him.

So surprised with the reviews below. But I will admit we were there when they first opened.
Staff was nice, walked us through the place.
They are very protective of the children, making sure nobody leaves there with some one else's child.
Pizza was good, Chuck E.
danced and took photos with us. Drinks you could refill as many times you wanted.
The only downfall is the prizes are too much. To get just a T
shirt we had to cash in our 592 tickets and still pay $4.00.

I was there for a reserved/ scheduled birthday party. The man working at the door stamping people’s hands was extremely rude. Our party was supposed to start at 130.. There was no sign on our reserved table, the table itself was dirty, and the staff didn’t get the game cards to us until 2pm, so we lost 30 minutes of play time. They didn’t get the pizzas until almost 3pm, even though they are supposed to be served 30-45 minutes after the party starts. It was simply very unorganized.
Mary Haberman Pollice
Table was not ready due to full house in earlier time slot. Very short staffed like everywhere! But kids had a great time....even the big ones! Two hour pass was just enough time for them.
Tracey Foskey
This establishment is very entertaining and I would recommend this to everyone I know!
Amber Lynn Cekus
Worst experience ever. Half of the games kept malfunctioning, employees were inattentive, places was dirty. Pretty sure several of the employees were stoned, smelled like weed. Of the 5 ticket counters, 4 were broken and it took 30 minutes to get an employee to come fix 1. Waited for at least 5 minutes to order a fountain drink, got ignored. Left with my son very disappointed.

It wasn't enough for the little children to-do. Not enough space.

I have been here a few times. One time my cousin had a seizure. The staff memebers were great. They did everything correctly and even gave us some extra tokens for the kids. The other time we had a little unofficial party for our 6 y.o. they were very accommodating. We had a great time.
Ellen Pritchard
The staff are great and very helpful. The games and rides were all in working order. Everyone with us had a great time.

Slow food and bad customer service- my shoe has a better personality than the Charles Entertainment Cheese they had that day...
Melissa Walker Rourke
We were there yesterday for my granddaughters birthday party , it was mice the kids had fun but the toys they give out for like 300 tickets is shameful on the amount you pay for the tokens and pizza they should get better prizes. My brother spent over 350.00 and my daughter spent 200.0p and was only there 3 hrs but the kids had fun like I said

Took my daughter for the 1st time. She had a blast. She enjoyed the games and Pizza 🍕
