Went with my wife and daughter for lunch and we all loved it. Had 1/4lb of all 5 meats, 2 sides and 3 drinks for $44 very reasonable pricing especially for the high quality.
All the meats were really good, super moist, great flavor, tender and most importantly the smoke doesn't dominate the meats. Ribs are falling off the bone, turkey super moist, brisket lots of flavor and very tender, pulled pork was perfect but the sausage steals the show melts in your mouth. We had two sides Mac & cheese and collard greens both good great flavoring on the collard greens. Congrats to Chris and Kevin on a job well done. We'll be back soon. Craving that sausage and pulled pork.
Great service, sexy ambience �, love the ordering technique, the drinks are on point but the food... especially that BRISKET... you'd be doing yourself a great disservice by not at least giving them a try. It's gonna become your new favorite spot !!!!
Driving along Penn Avenue the smell of the place will draw you in, and the quality of the cooking and inviting outdoor space will have you happy that you stopped in and tried it.
Thoroughly enjoyed the rib sandwich, with fig jam, crunchy pickles, and on a perfectly toasted bun. Nice selection of draft beer, along with a few other alcoholic drinks.
The new, terraced patio is laid out nicely with awnings, heaters, fans, and a few high top tables with fireplace built-in.
Definitely check it out if you enjoy barbecue.
Where do I begin? Extremely clean, excellent customer service and the food was delicious! We went to Spork with an appetite so that we could appreciate and taste the flavor of everything. The ribs were tender and succulent, not a coffee drinker but this was my top BBQ sauce. The collards were tender with a robust amount of spice through every bite. The Mac was delicious, creamy, and cheesy. We also enjoyed the cornbread, chili, sausage, and smoked turkey. I highly recommend Spork and thank you for your amazing hospitality!
I just tried them and I loved it!! Excellent, tender meat full of flavor, a really generous serving for a sandwich. The combination was well thought out, it was perfect. And great, fresh bread.

AMAZING. MY husband and I just ate there from getting take out and MA GAWD. The meat was tender as all get out and the smoked flavor (which is what I NEED or I won't eat) was exceptional. The seasoning was on point and the sauces were mouth watering and only added to the flavor. If you want, ney need a good Bbq joint look no further. Definitely made regulars out of us. 20/10!!!!
Best barbecue in the city! They serve the best chili I've ever had! We have tried almost everything on the menu and it is all high quality hand crafted sandwiches and sides

My Airbnb was right across the street from this place. It was the first meal we had in Pittsburgh. The food is so good I am now romantically attracted to this restaurant.
Everything was amazing. I'd rank in this order. 1.Ribs. 2. Pulled pork. 3. Sausage 4. Brisket. Sides of potato salad and greens were both exceptional. Banana pudding was really good too with a subtle hint of smoke. I'll be back.
