I gave 4vstars. Food was good but almost left because they were trying to make us use the kiosk to order. Almost wouldn't take our order at the counter. Couldn't find what we wanted on the kiosk. Finally took our order and it was good.

It took a while in the Drive thru at least 30 minutes. But I will tell you them 3 employees was running the whole restaurant. They did a awesome job. The lady that worked the speaker and window was fast and virtuous and not to mention awesome and very kind and nice. Well worth the wait will go again with the same wait time. She said there was 1 guy working the back. A manager in the front . the awesome lady in the drive thru..they was kicking butt getting it all done all by themselves. They should all get a raise for there work ethic. Great job y'all💜👍

I usually have a typically negative experience when it comes to Burger King. However, after just leaving their the service was really great she was super friendly and went out of her way to be nice. I wish I could leave her a review on my receipt. However ,my friend threw it away. Bought at 11:34 pm on June, 15th 2023. Was my visit. I want to make a point to say that I made a mistake on the order. Where most people would have been treated negatively. She was super kind ! Definitely will come back for that experience!

Every time I go to this location I get amazing food. Simple as that.

The store was clean.. And the food was good as always. The only thing that I didn't care for was one of the doors where locked, and we had to walk all way around the building to find a door that was open.
The parking in front of the store was full and we had to park on the side where the door was locked.
But other than that, it was good.

The service at the drive thru was slow. They didn't have enough help. I left to go somewhere else. I came back I was able to order. The food was just as good as usual.

Customer service customer service isn't really good at this location. They take forever to make your food

Whopper was actually great! Almost didn't feel like "fast food".
But I waited in the drive-thru line through 5 songs and a commercial break on the radio... Weird what you pay attention to when you are staring at a steering wheel for that long.

I went through drive-thru on Saturday the 22nd of Oct...
The girl that took my order never gave me a total... From the time i order till i got to the window was 15 minutes... The girl at the window tell ne i owe $6 and some change... I said for what?... She said to double cheeseburgers and something else which i didnt hear because she mumbled... I told her that is not what i ordered... She then said, "What did you order?" I told her 2 small frozen cokes... She turned and rang it in the register and looked at me and said that is $2 something... I gave her a five she gave me my change and then took another 3 minutes to give me my frozen cokes... She hands them to me... I then had to ask her for straws... She never apologized for the confusion or the Wait...
I understand it was Saturday night and she was probably pissed off she had to work... Meanwhile i just had gotten off of work and was at walmart.., it isnt my fault sje had to work... If you dont like your job frickin quit... She has very poor customer service... And needs to be trained how to talk to customers....
